    @BSNLCorporate How much time it will take to just take after 15 days. Please let me know here. I was in impression that BSNL always provide solution within 24-48 working hrs.

    @CMDBSNL is anyone alive at BSNL? You people are not having proper customer care. You are promising to give speed of 200 MBPS but it's not 1 Mbps on average. Either you please look into the matter or please refund my money. 02952-294374 is my number

    Is BSNL really not able to resolve a small problem ? 72 hrs passed. Still problem is same.sir is anyone whom you are reporting if so then I will talk to him. Because you seems helpless in your own house. @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate

    Have you also received a notice purportedly from BSNL, claiming that the customer's KYC has been suspended by @TRAI and the sim card will be blocked within 24 hrs❓ Beware!     @BSNL_UPEast Online agent service at the doorstep should be provided. Bsnl needs to work a little more with diverse calling and data packs. We won't need jio and airtel then. Done

    Jio has become worse than govt BSNL. Engineer didn’t have any tools only had wires. Luckily I had crimping tool etc. he did the wiring and all properly. Couldn’t get the signal on his receiver. He tried once or twice and left saying he will “see”. 5 days and still incomplete.

    @Kabiran_ Whats wrong if adani is growing rapidly? I am getting quality services at home. Adani gas, adani solar panel. On other hand i am also getting good speed at home from jio fiber. Compared to bsnl, Vodafone. And i will continue to use their services if they offer good service
