    @CMDBSNL is anyone alive at BSNL? You people are not having proper customer care. You are promising to give speed of 200 MBPS but it's not 1 Mbps on average. Either you please look into the matter or please refund my money. 02952-294374 is my number

    Is BSNL really not able to resolve a small problem ? 72 hrs passed. Still problem is same.sir is anyone whom you are reporting if so then I will talk to him. Because you seems helpless in your own house. @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate How much time it will take to just take after 15 days. Please let me know here. I was in impression that BSNL always provide solution within 24-48 working hrs.

    Still no resolution of my ftth internet issue by bsnl. Now I understand why bsnl is not recommended by anyone. I'm going to disconnect it today. I have given deadline of 3pm to bsnl providers. @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #bsnl I'm fed up of following up with every1.

    @konarksangal I don’t agree with the ‘more players’.. we started off with about 14 operators, but most of them wound up.. Most countries have just 3-4 operators.. BSNL is a typical govt co, and can never survive.. With the focus on higher and higher speeds, we need this sector to be viable..!

    @DoT_India Now problem has partially solved, in certain place BSNL 3G works. I have to go to my roof for using BSNL internet. What a service provided by BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Since the indicator was changed I landed in more trouble. Initially FTTH voice was not working at all for first few days & till now as on today local calls within my SSA are not working at all.😢 Did not lodge complaint to raise docket as following up with local BSNL Authorities.

    @CSCegov_ Sir I am a VLE and I have recharged a no. 6387388530 with Rs.555 but mistakenly I have entered BSNL instead of Jio and money deducted from my wallet, how can i get the money refunded? Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I will be thankful to you.

    @KantKrishna30 @laxman_xy Scary Situation for Telecom major but India Judiciary n Govt. Should have shown an open heart in providing relief to pvt. Telecom with their customer base n employees they hv. We hv far too long invested in BSNL n MTNL which is nt bearing ne fruit just another type of govt. Job.
