  @CMDBSNL is anyone alive at BSNL? You people are not having proper customer care. You are promising to give speed of 200 MBPS but it's not 1 Mbps on average. Either you please look into the matter or please refund my money. 02952-294374 is my number

  @BSNLCorporate How much time it will take to just take after 15 days. Please let me know here. I was in impression that BSNL always provide solution within 24-48 working hrs.

  @BSNLCorporate dude why are the refunds so slow? I cancelled my request of bsnl fiber after paying 7000 because you guys were asking for 3000 more as some noc deposit, and now the guy told me it will take nearly 28 days to get the refund, why can't you refund ASAP?

  @ShivamJ24 @Jairam_Ramesh I am sorry to differ with you on BSNL. I vividly remember the nightmares BSNL gave us before the arrival of cell phones. And regarding Air India one never knew when a flight will get canceled. Specially international flights.

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL doing complaints to BSNL also doesn't work as there's no action taken as such to stabilize the network and give customers an uninterrupted services. In a week almost 4 days is like the network is not working.

  @anjaanbaba148 @Dprakash88 @TheAhmedShariff Not necessary. It depends upon the network coverage. i,e no of towers they have. More no of towers, better coverage & less congestion. Importantly customer service. When did BSNL work on weekends or public holidays? I carried their files from desk to desk to fix payment issue.

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL If the services are not to be stabilize the. Why charge the full monthly amount. We customers are not at all satisfied with the services of BSNL Please solve the issue or I would be forced to change the network. #unhappycustomer #degradingcustomerservice

  @anoopkjayan is the bsnl FTTH triple play service available all over KERALA Iam from Palakkad city LCO is providing connection here is it available in the LCO Also l mean the IPTV and land line
