    @CMDBSNL is anyone alive at BSNL? You people are not having proper customer care. You are promising to give speed of 200 MBPS but it's not 1 Mbps on average. Either you please look into the matter or please refund my money. 02952-294374 is my number

    Its been 3 days since I complaint about bsnl broadband @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate not working. Every time they say someone will come in the evening and no one comes. Worst customer support ever. I am switching to @airtelindia broadband.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Bharat fibre not working from last 3 days in most parts of Anantnag. When contacted to DGM Sir said sorry we can't rectify the multiple cut on media cable due to lack of man power. So we all are going to surrender the BSNL connection.

    @BSNLCorporate should we all swith to alternative network or there is some hope of improvement in BSNL network ??? It's a serous question!!! We here in Rajasthan, Bhilwara can't even chat on this network, forget about seeing some movie.

    @BSNLCorporate Yesterday, I was totally surprised that I got a call from BSNL and he was asking my problem and give insurance that I will fix all the things. Today,I am normal bcz BSNL will never change, 1. Employee said, company not providing convenience, so I am sorry 2.they fight together..
