    @BSNLCorporate How much time it will take to just take after 15 days. Please let me know here. I was in impression that BSNL always provide solution within 24-48 working hrs.

    @CMDBSNL is anyone alive at BSNL? You people are not having proper customer care. You are promising to give speed of 200 MBPS but it's not 1 Mbps on average. Either you please look into the matter or please refund my money. 02952-294374 is my number

    Is BSNL really not able to resolve a small problem ? 72 hrs passed. Still problem is same.sir is anyone whom you are reporting if so then I will talk to him. Because you seems helpless in your own house. @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate

    @asgunassekaran @airtelindia Yes I faced the same issue, deactivated airtel switched to bsnl fibre and that is pretty good and good response to issues as well..

    @tariqtramboo Yaa you are absolutely right..Speed remains less than 1 mb on jio network and is also same i think with airtel.From last few days i switched to bsnl 4g that has got much much better speed.Hope @JioCare and @Airtel_ take notice of speed issues.

    Vodafone, Airtel & BSNL must be told stop Huawei & ZTE in Telecom Network by Indian Ministry. It's as simple as that. But Govt can also solve AGR problem by not going to Court and simply waiving off excess Tax on Revenue even as these companies paid huge in auctions to state.

    BSNL FTTH speed is slow for more than 10 days now. I have 50 Mbps plan and it's only giving me max speed of 24 Mbps. When i contat in BSNL office then they say that there's something wrong from top places...and that's it Region - Dumraon, Buxar, Bihar @bsnl4 @BSNLCorporate

    @HDFCBank_Cares I am trying to get one. In the meantime, Why don't share your email communication with BSNL. You will don't need to bother the customer for everything?

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK : When we call on BSNL number from other Jio or other number it says number does not exist. Kindly look into the problem

    Why is BSNL @BSNL_OR not providing the broadband service inspite of having all infra. There is no response from online and offline. Pathetic condition of such a huge infra
