    Is BSNL really not able to resolve a small problem ? 72 hrs passed. Still problem is same.sir is anyone whom you are reporting if so then I will talk to him. Because you seems helpless in your own house. @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate

    @CMDBSNL is anyone alive at BSNL? You people are not having proper customer care. You are promising to give speed of 200 MBPS but it's not 1 Mbps on average. Either you please look into the matter or please refund my money. 02952-294374 is my number

    @BSNLCorporate How much time it will take to just take after 15 days. Please let me know here. I was in impression that BSNL always provide solution within 24-48 working hrs.

    I am regularly paying bills of landline 08322233890 inspite of it being out of service. The earlier logged complaint disappeared. I logged again yesterday no. 1056524140. Hoping one fine day BSNL will repair it, waiting for golden day.

    @CMDBSNL Hi Sir, I would like to inform you that services of BSNL going worse than ever, because my BSNL Air Fiber is not working since the after 10 day of installation, they have charge the complete amount.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, I am not living in any village or small town. I am in Bidhannagar, under Kolkata Telecom District where a dedicated Telephone Exchange exists and many person here have BSNL FTTH BB service. Why you aren’t not disclosing your deficiency in providing me the connection.

    @BSNLCorporate @haryanabsnl Now I can understand why the people are not choosing BSNL and moving to private network providers. It is been 4-5 days post porting number to bsnl and there is no signal in City (Ghaziabad). Customer care services are not working and do not have info.

    The point they stop incomming if not recharged is valid till an extent, but if you're in favour of BSNL;There is no point in saying things to private companies, else you should pressurize government to make BSNL networks much stronger than they are.[It's poorest in network speed]
