  Booked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician.   @piyush_trades lol trader relax. There is absolutely every business case for the companies to increase tariffs. It’s a capitalist economy. The same set of guys like you compare an AI power guzzling company to Infosys and TCS and wonder why aren’t they growing. These companies have heavily bled in the past and will always look to Vodafone for what happened and how everything went haywire. Profit in a low cost rate card vs the world is non-negotiable If you want a govt solution, port your sim to BSNL.
