    @BSNL_TN While other fibre connections are available for installation at a minimal cost, why BSNL outsourcing charges 5000 (for Modem)plus wire line cost and it is too hefty on customer. not just that, self service portal doesn't let us update personal profile or downgrade plan

    @BSNLCorporate I use Lan to access internet through bsnl fiber in YamunaNagar, Haryana. Still the speed is slower than Jio or Airtel mobile network. How is this possible?

    when i am on a class i dont wanna be at, the internet streams my class in 4k, when i am asking an important question or chilling with friends, internet quality is 2012 bsnl 2g wifi. *******

    @BSNLCorporate Pls check that Bsnl is not closing the complaints without any resolution,this is nuisance absolutely,3 calls closed.lineman visited 2 days back and seen the issue

    @LOGAN233997 Gov provider. Bsnl towers only used by the other networks. But still they cant reach 4g. Too bad bos.🤐

    @DoT_India @bsnl 3G service is very much poor at pin- 741127, Nadia,W.B. I have to select 2G in network mode to call without voice breaking and need to select 3G while using data service. How, funny thing has been gone since April, 2020. Is this your Govt. service?

    @BSNLCorporate As expected, my issue is still unresolved. Its not such a big issue that u guys are taking too long, only words cannot resolve issues. Come on BSNL raise upto the mark and break ur stereotype of lethargic response and poor service. Ur logo should be 'Disconnecting India'
