    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, I can't able to understand that whenever it's rains the Tower of Gotan Main Office stops working on all bands 2g,3g,4g, Please rectify yourself as from Night till now no service it's pathetic, Please improve

    @bsnl_care This is ridiculous! I bought the SIM from the BSNL Office in Rourkela itself. All formalities & eKYC were completed by ur BSNL employees. Why should I visit the CSC again for an activation issue on ur end? activate my SIM today.Otherwise I will report it on the CPGRAMS portal.

    @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @CMOMaharashtra Since i have experience that when Mumbai MTNL has been migrated to BSNL service is getting worst first toll free help line is not working properly when we speak with customer care they dont have attics to speak with the customers.

    @bsnl_care I don't send any private msg I can be sent in publically 20+years of customer from odisha , jajpur, without informing , without postal you their land line for7/8years ...who gave you this permission I have no due also #BSNL have to pay me ..can pay with intrest??no ans .,

    Hello @bsnl_care @BSNL_KOTD Requested for a plan upgrade, order no 18485449134. It's been two days and it's not done. Reached out to customer service they are saying I have to go to the BSNL office for this.

    @bsnl_care No any update on my complaint. Installed but my credentials not ready and No internet, even the associated landline number shows someone else mobile number and name. Wtf BSNL is doing. No responsibility?????
