    @DoT_India I had given request to port my number from Airtel to Bsnl and today 10p.m it shouldve been completed but still my old sim is showing network. I need your immediate assistance what is wrong?

    @airtelindia - immediately after porting my number from Bsnl to Airtel, the number got deactivated. This is urgent, please help. Why don't you have a number where I can speak to some executive. Details already DMed.

    @DoT_India It is unfy that BSNl sent a msg that the complain has been resolved without testing it through a call. But the phone is still dead.This shows how BSNL is cheating the customer instead of solving the issue. Please look to the matter.
