Ensure your phone supports VoWiFi (most modern 4G/5G Android/iOS devices do). 2. Insert your active BSNL SIM. 3. Connect to stable Wi-Fi. 4. Update your phone's software. 5. Go to Settings > Network/Mobile > Wi-Fi Calling and enable it. Once on, you can make/receive calls over Wi-Fi without cellular signal. It's free. Check BSNL site for device compatibility.

    @Ravisutanjani Recently I ported my wife’s number from BSNL to Airtel. Inspite of 4G, in most of the places the data is not working or very slow. Infact I saved Rs.100/- by porting and she is enjoying full benefits. She is happy now. Earlier she used to grumble that You Tube is not coming.

    @Ravisutanjani Mere Gaon me 6 Mahine se connectivity nai aa rahi thi. Logo ne complain bhi kya. kuch resolve nai hua. For haar kar Jio me port karana pada. BSNL is the worst in user experience.
