  I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain

  @bsnl_care @bsnl_care No response received in DM either. My BSNL Wings request has already been cancelled due to non-approval. I also visited the BSNL office and spoke to the concerned staff, but no one is able to help or guide me regarding Wings. Kindly look into this and provide support.

  Got a BSNL SIM today, and my Day 1 experience is honestly surprising. 🤯 ​For context: Jio 4G usually struggles in my room—terrible speeds and frequent call drops.
