Part 2/2 Why am I paying my bills on time if I’m unable to use my plan? In 2023 we have Jio and Airtel broadbands, I’ve Still opted for bsnl and I face all these issues even though it is provided by the government. Kindly look into this matter and help @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_RJ

@DoT_India @Rational28 @Rational28 Bhai kuch nhi hoga...my 107 rs still missing....no recharge done by BSNL.... 02 feb ko recharge Kiya tha.....NCH mein complaint ki hai... planning for consumer court soon.... Ye log nhi sudhrenge...😠😠

Part 1/2 I’m a bsnl user for more than a couple of years now and these are my issues 1)no connectivity and every 2 days I file complaint 2)everyday between 11am-12 pm and 11pm-12am my internet shuts down 3)no help from BSNL in my area. @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

@rkb97official Sir, BSNL has not installed any towers at Raniguma,Kotmal and Kampaniguma recently.The towers may have been installed by any other Service provider.
