    @dmuthuk As a consumer, smart meter is required. Smart meters will help Tangedco reduce revenue loss. All losses and inefficiencies are passed on to consumers as tariff increase. Let private DISCOMs be allowed. Consumers don't have choice. It is like old BSNL with no competition.

    @bsnl_care I am tired of your solutions. Since 8 months you done nothing Inspite of repeated complaints. You just registered dockets & closed. I am waiting till sep 26 my my recharge end. I will port out. Sorry I don’t want your worst service. Bsnl a white elephant because of staff only.

    Idea for @RahulGandhi election promises - revive BSNL and MTNL properly. Easy bookings, good coverage. If the private companies need to make a profit, limit it to 2g/3g, but keep their low budget phone plans alive. You can simply stand on stage and read out their recharge plan prices to get all the votes. Right now the public can't use them widely due to coverage issues. And this is not just for the poor. You can keep a phone no you mostly need for OTPs alive for a year in Rs. 321 if you're a Tamil Nadu police officer (as a comment below pointed out) - this could be extended to the poor! Loads of people who use separate numbers for banking and social media would vote for this.

It has been reported that the rebate for the dead period may be considered/waived after conversion of your existing copper cable line to an optical fibre (FTTH) connection.     @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR My FTTH broadband (Hisar, Haryana) has been completely down since June 5th. No action taken yet. Please resolve immediately. Grievance Ref: BSNL-HA-2026-CU-06051780693756.

    BSNL, even 10 years is more than enough time to fix your network. You're only pushing cheap plans, but in many areas your signal doesn't even reach. Please focus on actual coverage and service quality instead of just marketing tariffs. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL network coverage is unavailable most of the time at the location in Dhamdhama, Nalbari, Assam (PIN: 781349). Please resolve this issue. @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_care @ParasmeSaurabh Once the network upgrades are actually complete, let me know. I gave BSNL multiple chances by porting my primary number to it, but I ended up porting out every time because the network proved unreliable when I needed it most.
