    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care on 26th I paid bsnl for new connection and it's been 9 days, modem has been installed but team has not activated the connection. Need your help to solve this issue.

    @ArunKrishnan_ That's a sad state of affairs, then, if true. Why not revive BSNL's DataOne or encourage more companies to create services? Moreover your OP is a strawman--Sumanth never said not to recommend Indian companies.

    I'm not interested in anything other than solution. I want my internet restoration plus my 50 days of internet. You people aren't responding to messages. So, either call back or I will switch to BSNL or Airtel.

    Solution if I am in Gujarat. I will not travel 1100km to visit BSNL office. I have done and given application before 1 year you should take action.
