your customer care toll free nos is very poor service. call centre personel are not replying properly.I called today on 9june 21 but call centre guy did not provide correct infirmation and disconnect my call without lustening my problem.bsnl needs to improve their service

@ViCustomerCare recently ported to vi from bsnl . USSD codes are not working. *199*2*1# should show balance but it is saying successfuly processed no sms nothing. How should I see the balance without internet?

From the PMO few guys came saw the placeand went and later few days later they told we cannot add network to the place. And when we asked BSNL office there no one is there to respond properly. This is not a issue of a single guy or family,the whole village is not having and is
