    @BSNL_TN I have FTTH connection at Madurai KK Nagar, Heavy noise problem on my telephone. Already complainted to Franchisee, KK Nagar exchange, 1500 & 198. No response till now. Whatever technology changes, BSNL nothing to change.

    Why Crony Capitalism & Monopoly is extremely bad ? Jio launched in 2016 with “Free Data” Schemes It led to closure of 1.Uninor 2.Aircel 3.Indicom 4.Spice 5. MTS 6Vodafone &Idea merged 7.BSNL&MTNL struggling Total 10L people lost job Now Jio started to increase tariff .🔥

    @btirumali Worst service in dhanaulti region. You take money for 30 days and give connectivity for only 10 days. Worst customer service. No wonder BSNL is in loss when service is so pathetic. No internet for past 5 days and no response from any executive.

    @BSNLCorporate No problem. I have shifted to Airtel. It seems a major service outage and no proper response on service restoration by BSNL RK Nagar Chennai-600028.

    Setting up a telco network is too expensive in rural areas with low population density. The ARPU BSNL makes in rural area is 50Rs per month, this is 48% less than what Telcos make from urban users. So definitely a no-go for Telcos to setup towers in rural India.
