    @bsnl_care I want to switch my simcard from Airtel to bsnl but Airtel has suspended incoming and outgoing services and I couldnt get port number. Can you help me port to bsnl without port number? I can't pay them for another month of their service. I want to switch to ur service

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 My biggest mistake choosing BSNL Recharged with BSNL 147 on 26 August and 107 on 27 August.still no incoming outgoing Called customer care 4 time issue not resolved.Need otp for urgent fund transfer. Mob no. 9887724820 Registered complaint DOCK no generated still problem

    @excitel_rocks This is my connection no. 5320008850, registered name Kunwar Shikhar. Check the ticket history about no connectivity issue. You guys are worst than BSNL. Your services are like government services. Only problem no solution. BSNL works more than Excitel.

    only 2 telecom operators in India have the full coverage with 2 others barely in the competition. Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. This way, it can go up one level and create a niche like Blackberry did with its mobile device.

    @bsnl_care H2411196410727 has been closed without resolution. I have recharged my no on 16aug2026 through bsnl selfcare new app balance got deducted but not credited back pls check and resolve
