@BsnlFiber my bsnl fiber cable hasn't been working for the past 24 hours and none of the required people are resolving the issue. The problem area is Sagar Estate Colony, Makroniya, Sagar (M.P.) 470003. Kindly make sure that the people responsible do their job.

@bharatfiber @BSNL_BR @cmdbsnl Internet is not working for last 6 days. Raised complaints on local level as well as on selfserve portal. But no one gives a **** about it. Technicians just disconnect the call. That's the reason people do not trust BSNL service.

@BSNL_BR I took a FTTH connection in April since then I never received a stable connection. It has been 5days of complain, the SDO and othr are saying it enough u won't get any much higher speed. My pln is 100mbps but only getting 1-2mbps. We as customer never entrust BSNL.

@bsnl_ap_circle Respected sir My number has-been blocked from 5 days onwards. Why it happened i don't know. When I consult bsnl service centre on Monday they took my id proofs and given application and ask to pay ₹100. I paid and given immediately means on Monday(31/5/2021).
