    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL is unable to replace stolen SIM in other states ie Rajasthan circle SIM if stolen (like me) is not available in Chennai, you have to shift all your services to another no. The other service provider like airtel readily issues a new sim of any state in any state(like me).

    @BSNL_KTK my Sony LIV OTT is not since one week, we pay thousands of bills, there is no customer care in BSNL.

    @TelecomTalk Bsnl is good in urban areas tier 2 and tier 3 cities but not good for travelling, it shifts network very very fast from 4g to 2g and then no network but only while travelling.

    Please don't believe the message because we are suffering from a last 1 years the BSNL tower is always problem with us the network issue always.3 to 4hour

    @Av_143 @Im_AbhiM Privatization ki mundhu BSNL/DoT used to have a govt monopoly on telecom sector with very slow services. Privatization of telecom sector literally increased competition and drastically reduced prices even in rural areas.
