    @BSNLCorporate sir in my area BSNL Singal is very very week I was complaint this issue in many times in our local BSNL office but the action didn't take place, kindly slove this issue. Area - bypass,Anakapalli Pincode-531002

    @BSNL_BR I'm from Banka district, few days before I started to use BSNL sim to continue my online classes but unfortunately the BSNL sim network is very poor near Circuit House of Banka,(1-1.5 Km away from Banka). Even 3G signal is not coming. Please see my concern.

    @BSNLCorporate I want to downgrade my BSNL Fiber plan. But in the Bsnl self care website there is no option for plan downgrading. Now I can't visit to the nearest Bsnl office as I am outside and my parents can't go there. My customer id 1026631076 My service id is 0132-2971513
