    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle sir in my area BSNL Singal is very very week I was complaint this issue in many times in our local BSNL office but the action didn't take place, kindly slove this issue. Area - bypass,Anakapalli Pincode-531002

    @bsnl_ap_circle Some body called me from Visakhapatnam BSNL office and provided a phone number 94406 56366, to resolve the issue, I tried several times to reach him., but the person not picking my phone. FYI

    @BSNLCorporate Today in got below message "Your complaint booked in BSNL complaint portal with docket_no KRL/CO/2021/2680 dtd 29/01/2021 is resolved" however still phone is not working. and in ONT voice config status is still showing as "Registering instead of Registered".

    @BSNLCorporate nowdays the mobile internet speed is very less at curti Ponda Goa .. my online classses affected due to slow speed repeated complaints given are of no use and also no grievance redressal...of bsnl even after repeated complaints no improvements and thinking of changing bsnl to ot

    The poor condition of BSNL service can be easily understood from this kind of service mentality. I am sure lots of other users are suffering like me and they will not try to reach BSNL customer care for such service.

    @BSNLCorporate Booked complaint many times sir in b4s. The issue is not from b4s issue is from TDE Bsnl district Rajouri Jammukashmir. There is a problem of power backup in tower. Sir , We bsnlb4s customers are facing internet issue from 20 days no internet from night 10 to morning 8 daily.

    @BSNLCorporate No network in Silapthar telephone BSNL exchange.pin-787059 Unable to take my classes. Who is responsible for this . Every single days we need to face this problem sometimes your ofc gets cut sometimes your media problem. Really pathetic Plus poor coverage indoor

    @mittalrag @adiupadhyay Exactly this happened with BSNL. Jio came with free services and captured all the market. And now is charging for the same services it provided free. And MSP is a minimum support price not max. It's what is required for farmers to survive.

    @BSNL_KOTD Taking a BSNL connection means to have nightmare. Poor customer service # very poor in all respect. You just know how to harass a customer.
