    @BSNLCorporate sir in my area BSNL Singal is very very week I was complaint this issue in many times in our local BSNL office but the action didn't take place, kindly slove this issue. Area - bypass,Anakapalli Pincode-531002

    My phone got stolen in Indore. Had two SIM; @airtelindia & @BSNLCorporate . Got Duplicate SIM of Airtel in 10 Min. Went to BSNL office Vijay Nagar, met Commercial Officer, he told for duplicate SIM I have to go to kerala from indore. Worst Customer Service.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir My location at Changodar in Ahmedabad(Gujarat). bsnl's network is closed for 13 days due to burning of feeder cable. Even after complaining the problem is not resolved.

    I suggest the GOI to create UNI SIM ( special type of Sim to monitor all threats through high resolution chatter scoping via satellite and NTRO) BSNL can make them only for the border areas. Whoever is talking through it will be easily tailed and picked up by the agencies.

    @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL Sim of Gujarat circle , yesterday I came to Hydrabad and SIM stop working ,not catching nBSNL network ... Strange ... Completely harassed as all works depend upon SIM are stooped ... Can any one help me

    @TRAI sir I'm from a remote village namely Shibpur, North Andaman, Andaman & Nicobar Islands 744202 . we all villagers are facing a lot of problems regarding BSNL connectivity. we took this issue to the local BSNL higher authority but didn't get any solution.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Its so unfortunate that I cannot exceed 80 kbps(on 4g) on your network, such a dumb network. Pure useless network even worse than BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL selfcare app is not showing my own profile details with Current plan, data balance etc. Kindly look into this. Already mailed to the developer, who is not solving my issue.
