    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle sir in my area BSNL Singal is very very week I was complaint this issue in many times in our local BSNL office but the action didn't take place, kindly slove this issue. Area - bypass,Anakapalli Pincode-531002

    @bsnl_care Wi-Fi SSID disappears after 5 minutes on my BSNL FTTH router. Wired internet works fine. Customer care not registering complaint. Kindly escalate and schedule engineer visit. @BSNLCorporate

    @DoT_India Set up more BSNL towers so that calling and internet facility improve. We need BSNL. Bharat is a huge country and only 2-3 mobile operators are not enough. BSNL should improve its network facility.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I was on the BSNL postpaid ₹999 plan and wanted to add 3 family members, but even after many visits to your Rupali Square office, nothing was done. This poor service and zero response forced me to downgrade to the ₹199 plan. This is unacceptable

    @BSNLCorporate We recently port from airtel we noticed we are unable to login bsnl selfcare app, we call to customer care they said bsnl rules, after 72 hours we are able to use bsnl self care app I think this is very bad rules

    You're asking me to update the mobile software. How will the Jio VoWiFi service work if it's not updated? Are you fools? BSNL technical team, tell me., Vowifi servises and voice also worst service. Bsnl update first update. all service. Carrier agrigataion also.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 No network in Mumbai. And if we get then is it at road. No indoor network and on 1st VOWIFI has been launched that is also not working missing on all important calls and sms. Really not happy with the network. I will never recommend anyone to buy BSNL sim.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care Yesterday, I obtained a new SIM card from the BSNL CSC, but it has not been activated yet. I contacted customer care, and they advised me to get in touch with the BSNL CSC.
