    @BSNL_OR Nowdays BSNL network is so poor in Twin city, imagine what might be the situation in rural area. while calling voice are cracking, call drop is happening, pls improve otherwise you will not survive in this competition . We all port to Airtel/Jio

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Whenever we have powercut in pin code 606604, all of the sudden mobile network drops to zero, not getting both 2G and 3G. Already you dont have 4G, at the times of powercut you give only 0G.Excellent work.Atlast you gave only one option to me is MNP. #BSNL

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Tried to PORT my existing Jio Prepaid SIM to BSNL on 14Mar2022. 08 days have passed by and still port request is pending. No wonder govt organisations are being shut down (like Ordnance Fys.) Do you expect a customer to wait so long?

    @bsnl_ap_circle Hello BSNL team, we are using BSNL broadband from lingasamudram near by Kandukur in prakasam district .. wanted to provide a feedback this service is worst in our area and if we are creating any technical tickets also no proper response from Kandukur team !!
