    They are asking me to surrender the connection where I will not get my money, I asked them to withdraw the connection instead and refudn the full amount cause they are the one who is not willing to fix issues, also BSNL just ignoring my emails , I have to idea where to complaint

    @BSNLCorporate Here it is my telephone no 02487-233215 (MH state)it is completely out of service more than month. I've registered complaint for more than 20 times but bsnl officers not interested to talk decently.

    I have a FTTH CONNECTION with BSNL, It's a remote area but I have been experiencing the issue 1000 time more than actual problem due to carelessness of this BSNL, FTTH Franchisee doesn't even care cause there's no alternate options, please check next thread....

    @BSNLCorporate It is clear that you are unaware of the problem facing by BSNL customers There is no mobile signals in Faridabad in sectors 8,9,7,6, 2,4, except sector 15 where BSNL office is situated.This is your responsibility to provide mobile signals

    @TataSky. SATELITE signals don't get affected by the bad weather... NASA... Even BSNL But TATASKY signals r Isn't it unscientific TATASKY Enrs must b rewarded by rotten tata for defying latest designs of science Don't rotten &sons feel ashamed? Monsoon not arrived in HP yet
