    @BSNLCorporate the worst service in the world bsnl has the slowest connection and also worst customer service care you guys don't even care about the customer i almost daily call you about how there is no Internet connectivity and i can't even call be cause of the network issue

    How does BSNL manage to maintain a good subscriber base in Kerala in spite of poor customer service? It is one of the most profitable circle for them, apparently the state has been chosen for soft launch of their new 4G service.

    @PMOIndia @narendramodi I use BSNL 3G service for watching tv daily 4-5hds. If you make BSNL towers functional no need of optical fiber lines. 3G good enough for any kinds of digital work. Why govt wasting money on optical lines which has maintenance cost. Just jio/airtel cheating customers

    @__Aayushi__ @TwilightWarlock @Airtel Yeah even after awesome schemes by VI and less price by BSNL, airtel customer remained consistent. And these both companies where reason in decline of jio customers.

    @BSNLCorporate Also, your agen DD Rao in palam vihar claims only 5 devices can be connected to fibre broadband, is this true? When i called BSNL customer care, they said it's not the case. The agent is doing his own setting modem to restrict devices. Pls take action. #malpractice #fraud
