Why Reliance did not put up their own independent towers and Infrastructure? About Road development, one success cannot be, should never be, used as justification to hide 1000 failures. Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway using Thermacol fillings inside sidewalls. Many such examples are available which simply conveys --- scope for improvement and corruption is rampant.
