    @DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

    @BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

    From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

    @Toni_rhtdm @BSNL_OR Same issue facing from last 2 months no one is responding.I have palced request online as well as offline.i got a message from @BSNL_OR Saying contact nearest SDO /CSC unfortunately no one is interested in providing new connections.This is how BSNL is working in Kashinagar761206

    @BSNL_RJ air force station jodhpur where almost everyone is bsnl broadband subscriber. bsnl is not providing any server power back up or inverter where if power fails for more than 1 hr bsnl broadband goes down..issue not at all understood.request to look into it..

    Private corporates have changed the Internet serving facilities, earlier we used to struggle with BSNL & its arrogant, crappy service, now with ACT, Airtel & Jio the situation has changed a lot. You get good services, better packages & overall a pleasant experience.

    @NonantelBong2 Internet connection since 2008. Never had to deal with bsnl.. always private broadband service providers and then Jio.. 😎

    @BSNLCorporate facing a lot of problem inside Air force jodhpur campus where everyone is with bsnl broadband...but the server is not having backup battery or inverter to provide connectivity. If power cuts down for more than 1 hour, bsnl broadband goes down.
