    @BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

    From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

    @Toni_rhtdm @BSNL_OR Same issue facing from last 2 months no one is responding.I have palced request online as well as offline.i got a message from @BSNL_OR Saying contact nearest SDO /CSC unfortunately no one is interested in providing new connections.This is how BSNL is working in Kashinagar761206

    @DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

    @rssurjewala Dear sir, BSNL is not returning the deposit amount which they have taken for land line connection even after withdrawing the land line facility. Crores of Rs. of Poor people and womens money deposited not returned. Kindly raise this as NATIONAL issue 🖕🖕🖕

    @HariSelvaMuthu Govt is responsible for giving poor infra but people still now beleive if 4g comes everything will be solved . So there should be no expectations on bsnl 4g it's same as 3g service by bsnl

    @AunindyoC Motto of a good investor= lose bad assets,buy good assets. Bsnl and air india became bad investments over many decades, there was no win win

    @PMOIndia sir there is need to privatise MTNL and BSNL. Both are unable to compete with private service providers.
