@BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

@DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

@adityapottam @BSNL_CHTD Port out from BSNL postpaid service is possible and are not blocked to send the SMS to 1900. This peculiar problem can be due to the Number belongs to CUG or bundled with other group plans. In such cases, first it need to be pulled out. Kindly provide your mobile number.

@BSNLCorporate Please pay attention! The talk of upcoming phase keeps happening.. I don't even have #3G in my area and when will be the date of your next phase.. It is like a mystery.. BSNL promises #3G now so customer should get #3G service !

@BSNLCorporate I have two BSNL Postpaid mobile connections. It's been 2 months but internet does not work on any one of them. Still have to pay the bill - customer care says - if you don'y pay services will be discontinued. Cant even port to other service!!!!

Service of BSNL is the reason for its failure in the intense competition from competitive commercial competitors. Every customer who were once with BSNL has left just because of the poorest service. People had to pay the bills without getting the service. But, BSNL don't care.

@BSNLCorporate I am having BSNL Fibre Connection having No. 7342990966 since inception the services of BSNL is very very poor, whenever we call to raise complaint very rough response from them. I think no body from bottom to top in BSNL is interested in improving their services.
