    From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

    @BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

    @Toni_rhtdm @BSNL_OR Same issue facing from last 2 months no one is responding.I have palced request online as well as offline.i got a message from @BSNL_OR Saying contact nearest SDO /CSC unfortunately no one is interested in providing new connections.This is how BSNL is working in Kashinagar761206

    @DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

    @BSNL_AS Which problem are you talking about. The speed on my BSNL fiber is still horrendous. U just give a resolved certificate from yr end wothout addressing the issues. Not fair at all @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_PB Grievance Registered; Docket Number Is : PJB/CO/2021/13527, Port request is received for your mobile number 9780546038 from Vi/Punjab to BSNL/Punjab . Still Bsnl sim not working. Kindly do needful.

    @BSNLCorporate It was local govt who shutdown internet. I called up customer care and they told me that internet temporary shutdown in Rajasthan. But I did not get any update or alert fr bsnl instead bsnl people told me to buy news paper and read news about Rajasthan for the reason

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL When there is outage, why you do not issue statement in social media and clarify when will be restored. Attending the issue hush hush way like old good old days of Maharaja of telecom.
