@DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

@BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

@BSNLCorporate again my FTTH 07324-298513 is completely down and the complain has already been lodged at Bsnl Mhow office. Not sure why it is not yet resolved. Please get the issue resolved ASAP and properly fix it please as facing such issues frequently now a days. @DoT_India

Monopolies in any segment of the market disincentives customer care. Expected better from @reliancejio after switching from BSNL but seems like their people managing Srinagar are taking inspiration from defunct linemen of entity they replaced here.
