    @BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

    @Toni_rhtdm @BSNL_OR Same issue facing from last 2 months no one is responding.I have palced request online as well as offline.i got a message from @BSNL_OR Saying contact nearest SDO /CSC unfortunately no one is interested in providing new connections.This is how BSNL is working in Kashinagar761206

    @DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

    @BhupenBaruah12 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As a customer feedback I would like to convey that at present I am having a tremendous network reliability from Airtel. However I have used BSNL,IDEA AND JIO but I have never seen such stable connection like Airtel and the customer service provided is also superb

    Still BSNL not improving their service. My landline no.0268 2559686 out of order since four days. Call and broadband internet totally paralyzed. Complaint booked. However nobody care to solve the issue. Nobody approached me for issue. At last decided to surrender the phone.

    @DineshM08292255 @rsprasad It's all about Modi government. Even now BSNL doesn't have 4G service all over India. Modi wanted to sell all government entities to private. So make slow down the progress of BSNL.

    @vinayak90547093 Privatisation is widely accepted as the solution by almost all economists.Many committees have suggested privatisation after enough debate. Govt's job is to create an ecosystem where entrepreneurship thrives. Govt cannot sustain crores of govt jobs. Look what happened to BSNL.

    @ipsomal @AmandaCerny But if mandi belongs to govt then it will not close down because after all govt has been buying rice and wheat at msp despite no storage facility and despite having more than excess right!?! Govt is still having stake in BSNL, air India, govt can afford to operate at a loss.
