From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

@Toni_rhtdm @BSNL_OR Same issue facing from last 2 months no one is responding.I have palced request online as well as offline.i got a message from @BSNL_OR Saying contact nearest SDO /CSC unfortunately no one is interested in providing new connections.This is how BSNL is working in Kashinagar761206

@BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

@DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate Does the issue resolved ?Enquired about the same issue from local BSNL Ofc they replied there exist some BNG issue. But we assume that tilll now it is not fixed.. Please fix the issue as soon as possible... Regards EKALAVYA MODEL RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL.

@BSNLCorporate . I want new Fiber connection. In my area local service provider is giving bsnl fiber connectivity. But he is asking for 1500₹ for setup/installation cost. However on site it is mentioned that it is waved off. My area pin no- 383255. Gujarat , Sabarkantha

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPWEST it is really big fate... Why BSNL has to be privatised?... It's simple.. I have given request for connection shifting on 20 Fab... Aftr 10 days it is shifted bt no broadband service is available.. I complained everywhere bt NO SOLUTION!!!

@BSNLCorporate I see a lot of discussion on people against privatisation, but the low quality of service that BSNL provides in a big city like Pune, makes a good case for privatisation of essential services like Boadband in the modern times!

@BSNLCorporate BSNL provides a very high quality in unreliablilty & inconsistency in connections. But shamelessly sending full charges for the bill... we try to support Government run agencies. But BSNL takes it for granted!
