@DoT_India I know sir nothing will happen. Before same problems we are facing due to BSNL. We don't have other option otherwise we will switch to othe isp. For this type of service from BSNL officials no one is believing on BSNL.

@Toni_rhtdm @BSNL_OR Same issue facing from last 2 months no one is responding.I have palced request online as well as offline.i got a message from @BSNL_OR Saying contact nearest SDO /CSC unfortunately no one is interested in providing new connections.This is how BSNL is working in Kashinagar761206

@BSNL_OR My BB connection is dead from last 10 days but your officers are not intrested to resolve the problem. This is why all are intrested in public networks and not believing in BSNL..

From last 2 day's I'm at Gunupur (Odisha) & there is no BSNL service over here. I have tweeted for this but there is no response. Due to no service of BSNL i am unable to online transection without OTP. Hance I'm suffering a lot.

@BSNL_OR Customer care team are saying its possible to port my number post 90 days of activation, but the local bsnl office people are denying it saying since it was brought through eauction its not possible before 1 year.

@BSNLCorporate pathetic service by BSNL & BSNL employees. My fiber was shut for 40 days & after my continues complaints one of the employees suggest me to install @airtelindia, how pethetic is that.

@admkvolunteer 1912 will work from BSNL Mobile or BSNL landline. Either phone will ring no one will attend or you will get continues engage tone. It is true, I have tried from 11.45 PM to 5 AM. Then made online complaint, whatsapp complaint, finally by 7.30am tweeter complaint, this worked.

@arunbothra I once complained to BSNL( broadband department) area manager about this, he said " you need our service, we dont really need you, so bare with it". BSNL deserved a shut down.
