    @AVE_603 we are forgetting one thing jio. The govt gave BSNL infrastructure to these dhandos, and they enjoyed profits. I don't have a problem with this, but why didn't these dhandos invest in R&D? They started outsourcing from chinkis. BJP capitalism starts and ends with ambani/adani

    At Noida sec 19 BSNL office, I was asked to wait for SIM card for 30 minutes, this attitude and way of working dragged BSNL down in last 15-20 years, you should take action against such employees. I will visit again tomorrow let's see. @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia @bsnl_care

    The CSP owner asked his staff throw away one who is coming for this offer. With this service how can you expect anyone will join BSNL. That is the reason why @BSNLCorporate is lagging since years. Even your grievance portal is not working. @JM_Scindia sir please look into this.

    @prakshepaastr I never had a problem with any other operator except this time on bsnl. Somehow the guy only wanted an aadhaar!!

    @NPCI_BHIM It's been over 72 hours. ₹153 was debited from my account and, as per your message, credited to the merchant. But the BSNL recharge failed — no service was received. If the payment was successful, why wasn't the recharge processed? Please refund my money immediately.
