    @bsnl_ap_circle I lodged complaint 10 days back today you have given reply , this is the way the BSNL resolving the complaints it is so bad. Kindly improve your services. My problem solved 5days back itself

    @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence Both of you have very pathetic internet service at Khurram Nagar area Lucknow for last 15 days. You promise and charge for 4G but BSNL 2G is much faster and cheaper than your 4 G services.

Why Govt. Schools, colleges, Hospitals can't have facilities like private? Why can Jio become famous but BSNL can't?

    @BSNLCorporate Hello, I have been complete Port process. Now I am in BSNL but I am facing many issues now like no signals, calling and internet disability due to log network in my area. Pin code of my area is 251314 so please resolve this issue to stay with @BSNL_UPW Services.

    @BSNLCorporate I m from maharshtra.Dist- Osmanabad Number :- 02472295177 Customer ID :-1026242677 Previous plan :- 599 fiber basic plus I want to change my plan to 799 when I visit nearest bsnl office they says I have no option to change that plan .pls solve that problem

    @BSNLCorporate Bharat Fibre is good initiative, however customer service needs to be improved. Have sent the SMS before 4 days for fresh subscription, no response. Local BSNL employees are absent from offices.

    @suchitrak I am facing same problem since 5 days. The network speed is as good as BSNL 2G speed but when I try to do it in my jio app net speed increases.
