    After lots of struggle switching from BSNL FTTH to mobile 4G as daily driver. 4G is way better than BSNL. Had good hope on BSNL, now I understand why no one uses, no proper customer service, no problem resolving capability. Well done @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel Broadband in Pune is the most UNRELIABLE internet provider with every few days the service is down for 5-6hrs. Reminder of the BSNL days we thought is over!

    I have complained regarding telephone 7 times in 1 month but still no solution. When I complain, the complaint is resolved within 12 hours but the problem remains the same. I am very angry with the service of BSNL and our local provider. @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate @BharatFibreFTTH
