    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD My 75 year old father is a subscriber for more than 40 years. Last week upgraded to fiber optics connection as BSNL promised uninterrupted service. After only 7 days, broadband, landline stopped working. HELP.

    @BSNL I am wonderstruck that BSNL giving worse services even not keeping proper record of reacharge. Wish public company should not be in so much hurry to be sold by offering no service against pre paid recharge.

    @BSNLwarriors123 Please help. I live in Kolkata, Dunlop- Belghoria area, my BSNL prepaid mobile has been missing a signal tower, since this morning. and most time signal strength is feeble
