Despite of paying the security amount you are asking me to pay for unused & undelivered service? That’s why BSNL is going down by the time!Shame on the customer service

    @tksaini @AshwiniVaishnaw Telcom industry needs to be turned around this year. bsnl issues , floor pricing, agr issues needs to be addessed asap. Country doesnt need a monopoly market.

    and will call me regarding the update so I said fine. Now that person (Chandrashekhar) in voice keeps telling me do whatever you want to do don't eat my mind. They are not even ready to return my money and neither they are resolving my issue. What kind of service is BSNL giving?

    @BSNLCorporate Hello BSNL, I recharged with Rs. 398 for unlimited data. But it did not activate. Tried to call customer care but could not connect to them. Please check the matter.

    Very bad service @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ I recently moved to a new place the service here is not at all acceptable my calls are also not being answered by the bsnl officials in my area. Shame @BSNL_RJ
