    @DARPG_GoI @CMDBSNL @DoT_India hi sir my building was rented for bsnl telephone exchange n mobile tower n the agreement gets over 2 years back but after repeatedly letter n complaint it's not vacating. Building condition is very bad. Add damodarpur chakia subdivision Bihar 845416

    @BSNLCorporate Need to downgrade my BSNL FTTH plan from Fiber Value to Basic fiber plus, in selfcare portal I find only upgrade option, raised complaint via selfcare portal but of no use, without resolving my complaint status shows problem solved. BB details - 04282 290046.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw sir my wife used BSNL CONNECTION IN 2016 AND CLEAR ALL THEIR DUES .. AND PORT NO. TO OTHER OPERATOR..BUT TODAY SUMMONED HAS BEEN ISSUED WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION...FOR DEMANDING DEPOSIT OF RS. 450 RS.. IS IT WAY BSNL WOROINK.. PLZ LOOKING INTO IT...SEEKING HELP

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, BSNL needs urgent revamp- the service standards have hit rock bottom. A) Theres lack of product/service innovation B) Poor customer service means high possible attrition/switch in a competitive industry as telecom! @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_PB @BSNL_PB all of my family members have bsnl sim in their phones, and from last 3 days, we r receiving "emergency calls only" network in VPO raipur pharala, near lovely professional university, District jalandhar. All of the lines to customer services are busy. Help us out😬

    @gkundra We had a BSNL landline connection. One day it got cut and they never resolved it. We stopped paying the bill from next cycle :)
