    @BSNLCorporate Pathetic Customer care service Your BSNL 4G sim is worst in 2022 it's not working . I'm depend on this data and it's not working @JioCare Jio 4G sim is better but they turned their data plans costly .I'm stuck God save me. @Airtel_Presence Airtel 4G will workornot

    @GooglePayIndia @GooglePay Tried a BSNL recharge via Gpay on 21/1/22 for Rs. 485. Amount got debited but transaction failed and even after 7 days my amount has not been refunded. Made a complaint (#SE5OY) and submitted my bank statements but no refund till now. Worst service!

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ I have requested for bharat fibre 7 days ago and after 2 days my request assigned to Mr kapil kumar. In that msg, they said i need to contact him. I have called that man many times but he rejected my call. I am bsnl broadband customer from last 4 years.

    @BSNLCorporate Cant BSNL check payment records on system,in 2022 do we still depend on handwritten application.Expecting bsnl should support us in covid instead charging us without any need

    Reasons To never get BSNL fibre : 1 It can go down at any time , no matter the weather , this ****** service starts showing loss of signal . 2 The jitter is worse than a sim . 3 Temporary solutions ,same problem happen repaeatedly. 4 Delayed action @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR
