@ashvaishnav @DoT_India GMTD Prayagraj is very inactive person.Please change him immediately.Availability of FTTH network in Phulpur tehsil of Prayagraj is in its worst phase. GMTD is only time passing. He never replies on our grievances.Think for privatization of BSNL.

@BSNL_RJ My landline phone no. 0291 2740250 is dead for last 3 days. Therefore, no internet connection. All my online transaction are held up. I can not pay bills and other payments, even the BSNL bill payment will be held up. The registered complaint no. 1055144771. Please help.

@BSNLCorporate I registered a complaint for dead telephone and no internet on 1st Oct. The problem is as such but I got a message that problem is resolved. I received no call and no one visited my site. What technology BSNL uses to rectify problems without attending them?

@Gopalharlalka @ChD_1980 Another worst PSU is the BSNL. The officials never attend office in time. I had the bitter experience.. reported the matter to higher authority but to no effect. They are always in a mood to harass customers.

@JioCare Hi... Im jio post paid customer... I changed my number from #vi to jio before 1month... After change my network to jio, All #BSNL mobile customers can't able reach me, When they dail my number it says you dialed an invalid number. Resolve this problem soon...
