    @BSNL_OR salute to your service ! I had taken bsnl ftth (parlakhemundi,gajapati) in 2020. With a lots of headache from your vendor . Then 30 September 2022 the connection got disconnected automatically when I tried to reach out to bsnl office they told me to take new connection

    @BSNLCorporate Hi @BSNLCorporate after multiple compain to deactivate my BSNL ftth account I am still getting bill without using any service. The agent who gave me this bsnl connection is like a scammer. The whole bsnl system seems a scamming company. I think getting BSNL ftth was a mistake.

    @Gausiyasalam @PragyaLive @salam0786786 BSNL never came to carry out maintenance of my land line on Saturday/ Sunday. Poor service and its sim works only in remote areas. Whereas a private service provider are better off. It shows only one thing Sarkari Naukri chaiye pur Kam nahi karenge.

    @BSNLCorporate @GermanTiwari @BSNL_PB Hi BSNL Team, How prompt is exactly prompt? It's more than 2 months. How much time is needed to fix something in your FMS portal? If a single issue cannot be fixed in 2 months then it's really the time to think about recruiting some new resources.
