    Even Though I am Using Bsnl main balance from past 7-8 years.. But First time facing Issue and not getting proper help too bcz of plan changes and all but what about my main balance then ?If wana deduct 997 per month let me knw but let me use it.. I prefer to use data too from it

    @BSNLCorporate I have BSNL broadband connectivity issue. trying to reach customer care since yesterday and lodge complaint finally last night..still no response..1800-345-1504 is not at all available for broadband complaints..Facing lot of inconvenience on the customer service..

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate , @BSNL_KOTD .... Still there is no update. For nore than 2 weeks no one is trying to fix the dead phone, only closing the Requests. BSNl will still be sending the full month's bill after this. My aged parents need the landline to work, for obvious reasons.
