    @BSNL_BR Yes checked my sim in other mobile also.not able to send message.i already visited patna bsnl main office.they simply denied.told they can't do anything from there. Call Customer care. but customer care waiting time is more than 50 minutes.i even wait for 50 min also.@PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI Hi BSNL, Most of our telecom operators started eSim in India, but as a nationalised Telecom operator, BSNL has not yet started eSim facility. It will really support to majority of BSNL customers if BSNL could launch eSim for them. Thanks

    @indhavaainko Not just BGR, Something else is going behind the scenes. Signal from Delhi. BJP got majority in Raja Sabha, now no dependency on DMK to make them abstain from voting for passing bills. May be 2G, Aircel Maxis and BSNL files will be reopened.

    @BSNL_BR NO , U ARE NOT ... FED UP WITH BSNL SERVICE .... NOW WAITING TO PORT THIS IN EITHER AIRTEL OR JIO WHICHEVER BETTER ..... ALL OTHER ARE PROVIDING 5G , U ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE 4G , EVEN 3G CONNECTION IS NOT CONSISTENT... THANK YOU FOR TROUBLING US , BUT ENOUGH NOW 🇮🇳

    @BSNLCorporate I have a FTTH connection 0551-2980561 since July 2020. It was not working from last week of January 2022, despite many complaints we were not contacted by BSNL. Later on 26 March 2022 I went to BSNL office, Civil Lines, Gorakhpur to surrender my FTTH connection.

    The customer would be running between BSNL Gorakhpur office and Meraj Deoria office for his grievance redressal. I request you to kindly cut my FTTH connection and get my security deposit of ₹ 500 refunded.

    @BSNL_KL Not just mine, but my family member's who's also is BSNL, so I can't even use theirs. It's an all-round wreck. And I've complained multiple times. But nooooooo, wait for next month to bring back the bad internet connection again. Waste of money. 🙄
