MSD007 (@kishon_raj) reported@BSNLCorporate No proper communication, no update, and no accountability. We are paying customers. If BSNL cannot provide a stable connection or even respond to a complaint, what exactly are we paying for? I work remotely, and these repeated outages directly affect my work.

Amiya Kashyap (@amiya_kashyap) reported@addheeraj Government should think of merging BSNL & VI. Anyways, VI is technically a government owned company. They should be subsidized in the name of indigenous 5G gears/equipments (from Tejas network) and higher coverage in remote areas and then sold like AI.

Shivvv (@Shivxd15) reportedHello @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care, Please activate VoWiFi on my POCO F7. The Wi-Fi Calling option appeared once but disappeared after toggling it. I'm facing frequent call drops and weak indoor signal. Complaint No: H2828198295863. Kindly escalate. #BSNL

Gautam | Indian Tech (@GautamBuysTech) reported@Sillycorns Good move, but calling it a Jio–Airtel duopoly breaker already is too early. Sharing towers and fibre can improve reach and reduce costs, but combining two struggling networks doesn’t automatically create one great network. Customers care about indoor coverage, stable speeds, fewer call drops and working 4G/5G, not another agreement on paper. If Vi and BSNL execute nationwide roaming properly while keeping plans affordable, this could become a real alternative. Until then, let’s wait for the network bars to improve first.
