It's my life biggest mistake to thought that BSNL is a good brand in broadband connection 🤣...

RBI should declare common documents for account opening & loan. One customer has got closed his account infront of me with axis.

For a whole year-no propr calls, no OTPs, barely any internet. Complaints wnt nowhere. Finally switchd prviders, and d differnce is huge. Shuld’ve done it sooner. #bsnlIsShit
