    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @CMDBSNL Hello sir. Again There ara problem in ara bhojpur. There are no good technician for solve this problem. My number is 06181/241846 In telephone no dail tone broadband speed very slow. No any response from bsnl service man. Very poor service sir .

    @BSNLCorporate first improve the existing service which keeps disconnecting every now and then. On raising complain, you update status as RESOLVED without even resolving. BSNL can't compete with private players in any way

    @bsnl_care its almost a week is going to over but till now no positive action towards bsnl or a single call that any atep has been taken towards my complaint of landline fault. same on you bsnl. this is the service that you are giving and we are paying for you for this world class service

    @CMDBSNL worst decision to self port to bsnl from bsnl self care door step delivery feature, Bsnl may try to bring new things, good connectivity, but the employees would never be updated,will remain as arrogant and made me think twice about my decision,now m not porting to bsnl
