  @itzksrai Dear Customer, To activate the VoLTE service, please type ACTVOLTE and send it via SMS to 53733. After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Please ensure that your handset software is updated to the latest version. For further assistance, please contact BSNL Customer Care at 1800-180-1503 or visit your nearest BSNL office.   I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain

  Gendu, Airtel 5G will not working in KSA, local partner Zain, STC or Etislaat will work since they have IR agreements. Fir toh BSNL 5G works in Dubai

  @bsnl_care What I got on previous complaint was just an SMS the ticket is closed. Without anyone trying to understand. BSNL aupport don’t even know what’s VoWifi.

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Still issue not solved, but messages is coming, complaint resolved. How bsnl resolving complaint without solve the problem. Really bsnl services are amazing. Like this reason lot of people going away from bsnl.

  Tried with different mobile numbers multiple times. No joy. Your Sim won't even recognise BSNL network in Mumbai. WTF is the use of maintaining BSNL Sim with ₹500 extra for Mumbai coverage? Forget data. Can't even get OTP at Mumbai Central station to buy a ticket.

BSNL has highest & largest coverage .BSNL survived through congress but was reduced to garbage by BJP in a decade in favor of pvt.
