    @bsnl_care @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate While roaming, VoLTE does not work in BSNL SIM. Calls go through 2G GSM network even in strong 4G areas. VoLTE doesn't work with my Kolkata SIM while travelling in Rest Of West Bengal Circle even with strong 4G coverage. Why is it so?

    @JaidevJamwal Launch will be done by private companies set up by ex-ISRO people, that is not thier responsibility. Also if BSNL does not give poor performance how the new companies will come?? ISRO is on right track !!!

    @georgeviews Same pattern happened during 2G spectrum. BSNL got loss because of 🌞 network

    @JM_Scindia Sir, since for last couple of months , I’m trying to bring to your notice about my complaint against BSNL, Kindly refer my complaint no. BSNL10694/2026. Regret to mention that neither your office or Adamant BSNL officers not responded. Pl check URGENT.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @JM_Scindia Sir for past 48 hours there is complete internet blackout at 721657. All employees of Bsnl are taking sweet time to fix and even the vendors are reluctant to fix it. I m paying for 300mbps speed for forex and other business now allstop.Why ?

    @XFreeze BSNL should first talk with their customer service team and fix that. Forget getting wifi to hard-to-reach villages. Its hard-to-reach BSNL itself

    @bsnl_care "Simply ignore them" is not a solution. By that logic, BSNL can send unlimited unwanted messages and customers should just keep ignoring them? I complained because my inbox is being flooded with repetitive promotional SMS that I never requested.
