  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL doing complaints to BSNL also doesn't work as there's no action taken as such to stabilize the network and give customers an uninterrupted services. In a week almost 4 days is like the network is not working.

  @AlphaBaggers @BalakrishnanR Correct ! Now in the name of unlimited free calling poor 4g given with data driven prepaid tariff ! They simply ignore 20cr+ non smart phone user ! At least validity for incoming calling at reasonable rate otherwise people must start to use at least 1 sim of bsnl/mtnl in a family

  @Dprakash88 @TheAhmedShariff Even if BSNL gives free, most people wont use it. It never works most of the time. Importantly, they treat customers as beggars. Cannot change govt looters also called as govt employees genes.

  @BSNLCorporate BSNL not attending to complaints, lime disturbance (inaudible) since a month. Just getting a reply the the complainant is already received ( but.. complete apathy to senior citizens problems)

  @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate why bsnl is providing FTTH services when bsnl can't give a good customer satisfaction. Almost half of the month the connection is disrupted and I'm losing my time to work on BSNL FTTH, most of my time goes into complaining about non functioning of FTTH(1)

  @Anshuman84m2 @kumar_akash1011 Less tax leads to less funding and ultimately leading to poor quality services. Then complaining whole life about quality of services provided by government, be it Railway food or toilets or very slow internet by BSNL or having repeat of Ramayana & old men singing on DD National

  @BSNL_RJ Worse service and if you opt for disconnection they will serve you with hefty bill. My phone number 014129946219 closed but still they are sending bills. No one is their to notice your complain. Biggest mistake to take connection from bsnl. Will not recommend.

  Gonda, bahraaich, balrampur and faizabad all bsnl network is failed. Faizabad to lucknow and bahraaich to lucknow both route is down due to ofc cut. It will take time. As per bsnl technical team information may be restore in second half. #jaihobsnl
