@AshwiniVaishnaw 10 years back in Odisha there were a lot of mobile service providers in Odisha, few leading names are AIRTEL, IDEA, VODAFONE, RCOM, RIM, AIRCEL, STEL, UNINOR, TATA INDICOM, TATA DOCOMO, MTS, BSNL etc Now it is only RJIO & AIRTEL rest are no where, Why this Kolabari?

@AshwiniVaishnaw Have you given spectrum to BSNL? If not, then it's again a mistake of the government. First you delayed 4G spectrum, didn't give funds initially to expand the service or make a better network.
