    This is the kind of pre sale service and response from @BSNLCorporate. Don't even want to imagine what after sales are going to be like. Should have listened to people who told me not to go for BSNL. Life without internet is better than one with BSNL i guess. @DoT_India #Internet

    Guys never take BSNL sim They have the most pathetic service and customer care Even after multiple attempts no one addresses & resolves your issues Shows why it is always in loss & must say the way they treat their customers, they deserve to be @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @TRAI

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlpune Since last 5 days I am getting Emergency Calls Only status to my BSNL card. Not able to do the call from my area. Tried to log the complaint on selfcare portal but not able to receive even OTP. Please look into the issue. Thanks!

    @BSNL_KTK Had a really bad experience at bsnl office Frazer town Bangalore the lady at the counter had a attitude I went replace my sim card from 3g to 4g really worst please no one use bsnl please

    So basically @BSNLCorporate still haven't fixed our landline which is down since cyclone tauktae even after several complaints from us. And we still have to pay bill on time for past 4.5 month for not losing the number. Location: Vasco, Goa @TRAI #Telecom #DigitalIndia #BSNL
