@SpDavanagere @RyshyanthIPS I came by 17309 train 24th Sept wanted to reach bapuji hospital as my kid was having an asthma attack & unbreathable. I drove with him & my wife in 2 whlr frm RLY stn till ring road crcl (bsnl office) all roads blocked to reach Bapuji Hospital to treat his asthma condition.
