    Reliance Digital(downtown), kolkata says can't transfer Jio e-sim from one phone to another. System down for last 15 days in kolkata - was told. Was reminded of BSNL. Airtel person comes home to do it. Decline of Jio service glaring.@JioCare

    @MarkRober Yesterday I got a call from Kolkata where the scammer was pretending to be customer care from BSNL and he told me that my sim was going to be blocked. He tried to social engineer me to get my card details, I immediately cut the call. Indians get scammed too.

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate fiber connection real pain in #ajmer. More than two times down in last 20 days. Would prefer to get back my normal broadband connection. Either supervise the franchisee better or else we leave BSNL. Have @reliancejio too but no single down time in years

    @BSNL_KOTD We value govt companies like #BSNL, and 5 bsnl sim cards were used in our family, because of poor service we had to switch to other companies, Now only 2bsnl sims are in use.
