Other telecom companies are testing to bring 5g quickly and here 3g internet of @BSNLCorporate is running worse than 2g. Means 10 mb file is taking about 15 minutes to download. Very poor service from BSNL. 😒Address: mahendra nagar gayasuddinpur t.p nagar dhoomanganj prayagraj

@BSNLCorporate Please confirm when 4G/5G will launch in Tamilnadu (Dindigul - Palani Rural) area. Now days getting poor coverage in 2G/3G and not able continue it. Want to be with BSNL, Waiting for your response for further plan.

What nonsensical reason is that. If we have to go for fiber its something bsnl has to bare the expense. Asking us to remove connection is total nonsensical reason. Is this the customer service of BSNL? Fix the issue rather than asking to remove the connection 2/2

@BSNLCorporate Hi, In my area BSNL tower shot down 31st January 2021. Sill no coverage in my area. I already complaint customer cares many times. But no improvement. Please resolve this problem. Area pin code 609203. Mayiladuthurai District.
