  Dear @BSNLCorporate, in Majalumoodu & Malaicode, Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu, BSNL tower goes completely down during every power cut. Many people here depend on BSNL network, and this area faces frequent power outages. Kindly arrange backup power for uninterrupted service.

  @BSNLCorporate my parents were told that they can replace the BSNL landline to FTTH connection and no additional charges will be incurred. But now, they are getting 3x of bill. How can we resolve this issue? It is in vadodara

  @BSNLCorporate My broadband connection 1852-299875 has been completely out of order for 10 days. Im unable to book a complaint anywhere. The BSNL App shows a system error, WhatsApp linking fails, and 1800-4444 is constantly busy. Please register a ticket immediately and resolve.

  @BSNLCorporate My favourite BSNL please check that like a dangerous disease which comes back again and again your gotan tower not provide 4 g service again and again, please take proper medication and rectify asap
