@the_hindu Modi made this BSNL sick by not giving 4G service and let Jio to gobble away its customer base!! Now as a ritual they blame the past Govt as they can’t criticise themselves. Truth will be out once these people are thrown out….. literally

A new two-factor authentication has been introduced on BSNL self care web portal. But the OTP is NEVER delivered on my registered mobile number. So, I can't login now. It was working so will earlier. Can you please address the issue plz @BSNLCorporate

@BJP4Bengal Why does BSNL have no or low coverage ? Just compare the state owned company of Norway - Telenor with our own BSNL...one is a Billion Dollar operator & the other with huge infrastructure is dying a normal death. Had BSNL got the support that Jio got, the story could've been diff

@BSNLCorporate But when can I expect a resolution ? outgoing is expiring tomorrow of this bsnl number for which recharge was done , mobikwik says it wants written confirmation from bsnl then no such recharge has been done. Can you provide written confirmation? Also can you escalate the case ?
