    @BSNL_OR I am from a small village K.sradhapur, 761105 under Polasara block. I went to bsnl office for Broadband connection to my home in village. He is denying to give connection to Village and he was saying, i need to pay for the Optical fibre wire as well. Please help me.

    past 6 months BSNL has been giving me broadband services for hardly 7 to 10 days a month and charging full monthly rental, I keep on making repeated complaints but they respond at least after 10-12, I need previous complaint 15 days back yet my broadband isn't working, 2/

    @BSNLCorporate want to port my bsnl number to some other carrier. But not able to send port sms, shows error. After contacting customer care, they said you need to have an active plan of 147 or more. When I just want to get away from this network, why to do this recharge?

    Jiofiber is cheating customers it's going cheeper than BSNL in service and other work not refunded amount submitted for security deposit even after collecting router and set-up Box, collected on 5th Sep and told deposit amount will be credit in 7-14 days and now it cross 55days
