  My previously working BSNL 4G SIM has not been activated since 02. 06.26 aft being upgraded to a 5G.Even aft I personally visited and informed the technical staff about the problem, nothing has been done to resolve it so far. This is the unfortunate state of BSNL's service today.

  @BSNLCorporate Will it applicable for existing customers?. Or only for new customers? If yes, launch similar plan for existing customers until bsnl network becomes stable and provide good connectivity to customers.

  @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate bsnl forcing me to port out by not resolving my issues. Always get call failed for outgoing. Even though my recharge till sep 26 (1 yr plan) I am porting because of outgoing issues where no response from bsnl. Review how many outgoing calls since plan
