    So my questions to him/BSNL is who is he to tell me to connect in LAN?He is not supposed to say me to use LAN as that's customer's wish,I can use LAN or wifi but the speed should be promisable as per my plan.And how the Customer knows Whether the router is 2.4ghz or 5ghz and freq

    Not bcos they are providing better service. It's just there is no alternative. That local operator was very lazy and because of his worst services, I was unable to use BSNL services properly for around 2-3 months. @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate Monday morning w/o internet is hell

    My Airtel Broadband is going haywire. Getting too low connectivity and sometimes signal goes blank. Has time came to change-over to Act / Jio / or our old BSNL.???? Pls respond to my query #to_pvr #airtel_presence

    @DoT_India I'm trying to port out my number from BSNL. Sent port out SMS to 1900 multiple times but still no reply received containing UPC code. BSNL customer care is not entertaining my complaint. Please look in to the matter.
