    @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH I want to downgrade my #BSNL ftth to 599rs fibre basic plus (monthly). I cant see downgrade feature in #BSNLSELFCARE and I don't want to visit #BSNL office. A/c no. 1026822868 Please help

    @BSNLCorporate Its now 120 hours and still no resolution from your BSNL Team..Feb 5 the problem started today is Feb 9... 5 days have past, 20% of the month is over without the promised internet service.. I don't see any actual action.. @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL in this time BSNL need to a huge advertisement on online (YouTube) and offline ( poster and banners )mode door to door .. because maximum people are not Beawar of low cost price and good service of BSNL
