@BSNLCorporate Shared details in DM. Please let me know upto when issue will resolve and we are able to enjoy service. Local Bsnl person took 7k for connection installation. and still not able to enjoy service.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Also when landline and BB was dead for 12 days in a row in october @BSNL_CG_Circle has charged us for the full month. Not a single rupee adjusted in the bill for fault from your side. Now in February, It's Day-3 05/02/22 BSNL should learn from customer feedback and improve.
