    Sometimes I feel pathetic about my country. In my area, they don’t have fiber connection. Only BSNL offers, which work on god grace, with no reliability. I tried Airtel and Jio. They only offer air fiber, and when they visited my house, they also refused, saying the network is weak. I live near a major hot-spot. I don’t understand what the issue is.

    BSNL BTS of Baratang jetty in Middle Andaman is not working since 11/5/2026. Outgoing and incoming both calls not landing properly and going silent. So Kindly rectify this fault immediately. @bsnlandamannic @bsnl_care

    @amitkilhor My BSNL Bharat Fibre connection is down since last 3 days. Complaint lodged, lineman contacted, SDO BSNL contacted, X DM done. No results. सब कुछ छोड़ दो, बस इनकी बात मन लो।

    @HirenDholariya3 Dear Customer, To port to BSNL, SMS "PORT (Your Number)" to 1900 for a UPC. Visit a BSNL store with your ID, photo, and UPC to complete the process. Porting takes 3-7 days, and you'll receive a new BSNL SIM while retaining your number. Regards, BSNL Care(Pravesh)

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Recently got a new SIM. Outdoor 4G speeds are great, but indoor coverage is non-existent (zero signal for both 3g and 4g). Also, I can't activate BSNL BiTV due to a "no plan found" account error. Please fix both issues. Nigade Nagar,Ghorpadi,pune,411001

    @JioCare It has been one week since I paid. No updates. No refund. What a terrible service ...worst than BSNL.
