  @BSNLCorporate I've booked for port in to BSNL from the portal.But the SIM card is not delivered yet. When I have visited to BSNL office they are telling they don't know about this type of service that BSNL is providing.

  _aashishsingh_ Sorry for the trouble! Pehle confirm karo ki tum mujhe follow kar rahe ho aur DM settings mein "Allow message requests from everyone" on hai. App ko update ya restart karo. Agar phir bhi nahi, yahan BSNL issue ki basic details (location, complaint no.) share karo—main privately escalate karne ki koshish karunga. Saath hoon!

  @BSNL_MH Dear team, now a days using BSNL mobile is horrible. Every time while talking to someone it is getting disconnected every now and then. There is connection error. Don't know other operators are good then why I should not switch over

  @JioCare Mobile Service is worst in Puri, Odisha. It’s showing 5G, but in real terms it’s worse than BSNL 3G. But you can’t complain. No scope. Will somebody in JIO respond? Can’t do any work. Regret coming to Puri.

  @bsnl_care I also called up BSNL Delhi head office and asked, they said that you will have to go to the place where you have your SIM, in this case my number will remain switched off for a long time. What is the benefit of using BSNL SIM when the service is available in our location only?
