  Unable to use old purchased modem with my netplus account . Cstmr care said either wait for a month so that account of previous owner gets terminate frm current suspended status or go with other operator. Shoul i go with BSNL as suggested to utilise that modem? @netplusofficial

  @BSNLCorporate yesterday joined ur network not able to register BSNL SelfCare app after inputting required details an error shown "Your code is not valid" check DM for details with error screenshot resolve the issue so that the user can successfully register

  @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw from 11 am of 25 january of 2022 bsnl ftth connection is down and cant access the internet through the fibre connection till now do this about or will opt out from the bsnl ftth is this the bsnl give the service to the customer
