    @DoT_India I have recharged the 249 rupees plan from the office itself and I got a message from BSNL that you have to recharge to overcome the barrier of this problem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare instead of resolving the issue still blaming others and nt providing any conclusive ans. I've clearly mentioned in complaint that I'm unable to dial BSNL landline nos still they aren't paying attention and running away frm actual issue (1/2)

    @BSNLCorporate Dont have line for broadband in my area Bsnl person is saying and other local service provider are giving bsnl connection and taking 3000 installation charges +plan and please help in this how they are able to give BSNL is denying

    Have lodged a PGP grievance also but no action taken so far. Acc # 8000839548. Need BSNL to convey that they are not able to resolve the power fluctuation problem & even if they resolve,it won't be a permanent one. I could then easily be a part of the Depleting customer base. 🙏🏻

    @BSNLCorporate Achbal rafiabad and reban rafiabad....they are saying that bsnl is not providing fuel for generators....that's y internet is not working during that time ...

    BSNL in India don’t deserve scrutiny or early retirement as only govt or PSU organisation that give telecommunications services to Indian people from last more than 40 years...But services are really poor. BSNL Kalka under BSNL Haryana don’t open on time or service to customers

    @BSNLCorporate My Nearest BSNL Tower is in Akedadoongar Village. 2-3 Years ago I used to get good internet speed on BSNL 3g. Customer service was also good at that time. After that internet is dead almost. Very Slow internet speed, even network drops from 3g to 2g randomly.
