    Got SMS requesting KYC completion for my BSNL connection. When called the no. (9434102063), they asked to install Teamviewer Quick Support through which they could view the card/bank details on my mobile screen. Please beware of such fake/scam messages. @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Have already sent DM. Resending again DM. Its 22 days past still problem not resolved.. Today Broadband is down and also I am able to make outgoing calls but Incoming calls not coming. Can somebody from Jodhpur BSNL office explain me the situation? @TRAI @BSNL_RJ

    @BSNL_JK Don't promote, until you're efficient enough to provide services to the existing users. No doubt y BSNL has such a low repo amongst the data users. did a big mistake by choosing BSNL over NETPLUS. Your higher officials & vendors are crap specially Sun consultants owner Gaurav.

    @mkstalin Bsnl customer care is waste. there employees is responsible incase bsnl fail to stand at top in business. looting money in fiber connections in the name of franchise. no transparency in bsnl process. worst.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @pgm_pune_bsnl I hv been facing issues wid broadband since 2019. BSNL applies temporary fixes & problem recurs in a few days. Latest is disconnection evry 15 min;it's highly inconvenient for WFH. Could u plz fix this ASAP or suggest if we shd chnge vendor

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @CMDBSNL2 BSNL raised bill for full month where there was no service for 15 days due to fault of BSNL. Don't you think this is wrong practice. and you made your system such that I cannot raise its complaint also. Why??????????

    @BSNL_RJ Video shows that your good at 2g at 4g era. Not avle to provide high speed 3g. airtel in ads they are specifying 5g ready network. in your ads you plse include that bsnl 4g ready network.

    @BSNL_OR Still "BSNL" is not able to fix a fare price for FTTH Connection 🤔 Already Contacted to SDO but he is not able to told the fair Price , everything depends upon the Vendor 😡 That's Why "BSNL" is at this stage 🙏
