    @DoT_India I have recharged the 249 rupees plan from the office itself and I got a message from BSNL that you have to recharge to overcome the barrier of this problem.

    @dcpwhitefield sir. Inspector Mr. Nagarj says internet is not working as BSNL net is down. They are not sure when IT will be up and only then FIR will be raised. Also said they won't assure of giving FIR number today itself. Seek your intervention.

    @BSNLCorporate @GTVerghese Even if u send them ur complete information including mob no, address, date of birth, species, gotra, planet, galaxy etc, then also they will jst do timepass here and then ask u to visit nearby bsnl ofc for resolution.
