@bsnl_care @CGM_WB_BSNL @MIB_India Actually SD, JTO Engineers they all are not using BSNL. They are using the SIM of Airtel or Jio or Vodafone and that's why they don't know that there is no BSNL network in Raghunathganj Circle, Murshidabad in District. It is very unfortunate for the BSNL users.

@BSNLEmployees Instead of increasing the price for the recharge pack, BSNL is reducing the validity. No focus on network stability. The movement you are seeing that is temporary, people are just testing if you have improved. They will port back soon if you don’t improve.

@BSNLCorporate Day 21 of waiting for a BSNL Fibre plan upgrade. CRM shows “Open ”, complaints show “closed”. Problem? Still there. Service? Missing. @BSNL_India this is not service, this is a joke.
