    @DoT_India I have recharged the 249 rupees plan from the office itself and I got a message from BSNL that you have to recharge to overcome the barrier of this problem.

    @Papyrus96519100 Sir, you can upgrade your 3G sim to 4G sim from your local BSNL Customer Service Centre. Cost of 4G sim is Rs.50 only. At, present 4G is available only in certain pockets of Upper Himachal. You may contact AGM(CM) Shimla on 9418080555 for more information in this regard. Thanks

    I m a BSNL customer from Odisha..recharged my no. for 1 yr..recently moved to Kota but here m finding no net connection .my son's studies r hampered.. contacted BSNL customer care..but of no use.can't make portable to other sim..my money will be wasted. Please help.@BSNL_OR

    @bsnl_ap_circle @rsprasad Again aske to bring modem on 1st to office. My 75 year old, was worried but still went.Again tried connecting at home and still no luck.Had to connect with some contacts and finally worked on 04/03.Is this the level of service BSNL is giving?bad sir

    @BSNLCorporate hi my bsnl no was recharged with 365 yearly plan, but now it is not able to make any calls or messages and on *123# the tariff shows mrp75 plan. What kind of service is this..I need urgent help
