@RBI Sir Bsnl like company otp message also required regular recharge and customer care calls also required recharge. Every one how to impose charges on customers like thing only nothing is there.

Sir, BSNL broadband service in Rangabazar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha locality is too bad. On top of that a pathetic support service. Frequent outage & there is no battery backup. The internet speed also fluctuate for many months. Your concerned team should look into it urgently
