    @DoT_India I have recharged the 249 rupees plan from the office itself and I got a message from BSNL that you have to recharge to overcome the barrier of this problem.

    I am not getting downloading and uploading speed more than 8Mbps (1MB). My plan is 40Mbps but I am not getting speed according to my plan. I am facing problem more then 2 weeks I have conplained but my complaint is not being taken care of. #BSNL @BSNLCorporate @BharatFibreFTTH

    @BSNL_OR I had registered complain for broadband problem on 1st May 2022, complain no. 16515910092. No rectification done on 2nd May. 3rd May, holiday, obviously no work. Bit more professionalism can certainly help customers and bsnl as well.

    @BSNL_PB Internet services provided by BSNL at Omaxe Cassia, New Chandigarh are most erratic. The net remains down quite often for more than a day. Really pathetic.
