    @AgentSaffron But that apart the functioning of banking and other PSUs are far far better and well managed and good results are comming,,, go to an sbi branch or even the worst called BSNL,, you will feel the difference,,, your disconnect with ground is clear3/3

    @sammeta_satya @pathak_abhigyan @marinebharat We can have separate entity for Defence communication like BHARATNET and Privatise BSNL for retail. India🇮🇳 cannot afford to give 6,000 crore per year for salaries of employees, who do not deliver. If BSNL cannot give customer support like Airtel, what is the use of them.

    @JioCare last 6 months complained n number of times that, inspite of DND activation, i am getting daily 5 to 7 junk robo calls, still problem not yet resolved by jio, waste network. BSNL is providing far better services ....my jio mobile number is 9441857014. Kindly act now ...

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK this is amazing service provided by BSNL since last 3 days no incoming,outgoing, customer support, banglore BSNL exchange asking to go to Bihar and check why this is happening in this digital era. Just for 1 issue we need to travel 2160km
