  @MANASRA53931409 Staff service matters. And it defines company. And Bank and BSNL is not same. If you want difference just analyse the work of any BSNL office. I have experienced it so many times. All time i got only their worst service only.

  @MANASRA53931409 while there were other network works there was only one network BSNL. And that's why there were providing worst customer service.

  @BSNL_BR @BSNLCare BSNL Internet is not Working For 6 DAYS. I Contact Many Times FOR BSNL Customer Care but NO ANY RESPONSE BY BSNL CUSTOMER CARE. BSNL internet service is always bad for 10 days in a month. PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY. My BSNL no is 7050499656.

  @DaneParam that's what they have fed us thru media. what makes u think what Ambani did thru Jio , Tatas or others can't do ? or what if BSNL MTNL underperformance due to inefficiency in the system were addressed 8 years ago in 2014 ? May be there would never be a Jio .. ?

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ I have visited only BSNL in my sabarmati Ahmedabad. I wanted to enquire that what will be cost to port my existing number in bsnl.The employee said that the total cost would be 249/- Can you help me since I want any lowest recharge plans.

  So now we are left with no service that is decent enough, we get x amount of data/day but when you try to use, network drops, comes back and then drops again. We get speed in bursts only, never continuously. They claim 4G, but the speed is not even close to BSNL 3G of 2010.
