    @BSNL_PB I am having a bsnl fiber connection , but every alternative day I am having trouble. No one is listening at Hoshiarpur. Now I understand why BSNL does not have a good customer base.

    @CivicOp_india @east_bengaluru @BBMPCOMM Sir - Come on main road of Lazer road(BSNL office), Lingaraj[uram, Kammanahalli Circle, Banaswadi, PanchiMukhi Ganesha ROad, near by areas....all roads are dug up, full of huge potholes...please help and do something good and not patch work

    @IndianTechGuide BSNL is coming up in news quite frequently. But is BSNL really worth it ? Here’s a short summary of what I think 👇 While media is reporting consistent names like SonyLIV, ZEE5, Sun NXT, Lionsgate Play, ShemarooMe, Discovery/Discovery+ and FanCode as part of the ₹151 pack. I know for a fact that major show’s licensing agreement with these otts have been moved to giants like Netflix , Jio & Hotstar. I take it BSNL wants to revive its customer base but without structural change, BSNL will still lag behind Jio and Airtel in market share and monetization, even with recent product wins like BiTV and continued government support. Infact Jio and Airtel are adding subscribers, monetizing 5G/FWA and entering a fresh capital cycle with Jio’s IPO timeline while BSNL is still completing a nationwide 4G buildout and losing wireless users month to month. Today BSNL’s mobile market share remains ~90–91 million users as of mid-2025, far behind Jio (~490 million) and Airtel (~362 million). What do you think? Even with all these facts will BSNL be able to revive itself in the coming 12-18 months? Follow for more such Replies and Posts on X!

    @TelecomTalk No, these are actually only die hard fan of bsnl. Like, a salman khan fan doesn't care about his movie being worth watching or not.Bsnl fans are like this only .No matter worse network is, they will praise bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care worest customer service.. Internet hasn't been working at my area from 1 month, raised many complaints and closed immediately without sorting our issue. Visited to our nearest bsnl office, raised complaint to JE through whatsApp still issue not resolved.

    @nebula_world Their first priority should be improving network quality. condition is so worst, you can't use BSNL as a primary 😕

    @SSimrann26 @IndianTechGuide Connectivity is only problem with BSNL, I had it for around 1.5 years ,but faced too many issue with consistent network speed and even for somedays it just didn't work . Had to switch to airtel .
