    Respected @JM_Scindia ji, 73-yr-old mother's BSNL number 945370** (10+ yrs in use, linked to Aadhaar & bank/OTPs) suddenly stopped working. Jhansi office says it's allocated to someone else & KYC was never done. Application + evidence already submitted. Please help reissue.

    5–6 days without BSNL network. Visited the BSNL Sanchar Haat,Karol bagh no solution, no clarity, and apparently no one bothered. Now @BSNLCorpora @BSNLCare responds with a generic “please share details.” How many days does it take to restore a basic telecom service? Please act.

As per JTO Bidupur, the previous concern was addressed through the earlier complaint response, and you were advised to clear the pending dues related to the previous connection. Further, as per MSO Adarsh Enterprises, earlier FTTH connections availed in the names of family members were disconnected due to non-payment.     @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I had taken new Bsnl Bharat fiber yesterday however till now the connection is not working & unable to access internet, Did I made a mistake by taking bsnl fiber who can't provide internet service to customers in Bhubaneswar properly? Please fix ASAP .
