Line man is eagerly waiting for bribe to rectify this issue permanently. Kindly look in to this issue and direct BSNL Kerala circle team to rectify this issue.

Red light blinking issues are common, and local support is unresponsive. I'm a student and my online classes suffer because of this. Please take action.

Debadeep (@debadeep75) reported@bsnl_care "Simply ignore them" is not a solution. By that logic, BSNL can send unlimited unwanted messages and customers should just keep ignoring them? I complained because my inbox is being flooded with repetitive promotional SMS that I never requested.

khikhikhikhi (@karonabhairus) reportedWent to my nearest @BSNLCorporate office for a new SIM. Was told they can't issue one as the staff member responsible is on crop-harvesting leave. In an era when pvt telcos deliver SIMs to your doorstep. BSNL won't issue SIMs even to walk-in customers. No wonder it's failing.

ram mohan (@pairamblr) reported@AshwiniVaishnaw add to that the customer care lady/supervisor cuts the call saying they need 3 working days while the lady who received the complaint on 29th promised to attend it on priority. we do not wish to port number to private services, it appears BSNL doesnt want that?
