After recharging, I didn't even receive a confirmation SMS, so I don't know whether the recharge was processed or not. I've been with BSNL since 2012. Tell me

    @imvgs_ncj It is informed that issue has been already taken up with the local BSNL officials but not yet resolved. The issue will be escalated to the higher authorities of BSNL for early rectification.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Value is, you get refund after a year with lot of follow ups. Benefits are you are not given rebate if network is down for more than 5 days. This is bsnl broadband where I have experienced in the last decade.
