In short #PatnaRains Never seen such continuous rains for over 48 hours in my life. Patna is under unprecedented rains and flood. Everyone's home, roads are empty, severe water logging. Rail, road movement affected. Power disruption continues. and BSNL is down.

Your open network is in air, not for customers, which you're claiming. I am done with you, last few days with Airtel, going with some other service providers, may be with BSNL, which has 3G services better than yours 4G.

Beware of the fraudulent messages asking you to call any number for verification/download any app to update your KYC/Aadhaar details. BSNL never asks you to download any third party app for such activities. Please stay alert from such SMS as these may result in financial loss

@BSNLCorporate Also, I would like to seek your attention towards the YMAX Machine, which was installed in Kursela Exchange 4 years ago, but it never became functional, resulting in poor service of BSNL in Kursela (Katihar, Bihar). I hope it’s not coz of any nexus with the pvt companies. (1/2)
