I have tried with other sim operator sms is going through. So I've contacted the customer care they told meto contact the service provider to whom you want send the sms.

I'm happy that only premium customers are on Airtel which keeps the leeches off and keeps the network ultra fast. For all the cheap folks, go to Jio or BSNL.
