    @BSNL_OR So Pathetic Experience to be a BSNL customer… I was a customer of BSNL earlier till 13/08/21 and due to the unsatisfactory service I decided to discontinue and I completed the formalities to discontinue. Received the confirmation from the BSNL Bhubaneswar Desk..

    @BSNL_OR Sir, I have paid bills for almost 2 years now without being used its services and when we asked for the refund the officer said bsnl doesn't keep records beyond six months!Seriously is it how you treat your customer in 2021!

    @IncomeTaxIndia as bsnl service is down in Jamnagar, Gujarat I am not able to get OTP from my @HDFC_Bank (they don't send OTP on email) I don't know how to pay Advance Tax. can you please guide on the same?
