@BSNL_BR Hi Bsnl, I am not able to send any service message from my number as it is urgent. I have tried with other sim operator sms is going through. So I've contacted the customer care they told meto contact the service provider to whom you want send the sms.

My experience of airtel service is really sad. Most of the time no network&cannot talk to customer service.compelled to take BSNL broad because of net work problem in airtel connection Only effective service it provides is daily reminding for recharge. Some time more than once

They resolved it and now my BSNL is almost stable in this year.. although I get speeds of 1 mbps- 8mbps on 3G network. I hope BSNL will soon launch 4G
