My experience of airtel service is really sad. Most of the time no network&cannot talk to customer service.compelled to take BSNL broad because of net work problem in airtel connection Only effective service it provides is daily reminding for recharge. Some time more than once

Now when 5g came, like 4g reliance was alloted the 5g spectrum first, They were given free hand and all the necessary help by Feku.. Like in the previous case of 4g allotment, bsnl hasn't been allowed 5g.
