My experience of airtel service is really sad. Most of the time no network&cannot talk to customer service.compelled to take BSNL broad because of net work problem in airtel connection Only effective service it provides is daily reminding for recharge. Some time more than once

If #BSNL forcefully closed down by @narendramodi govt than it will officially known how Ambani got favored. BSNL must be revived if we have any kind of shame left. Though I know BSNL have its own problems too, at this time of crisis they need revival as any cost. @rsprasad !!

Eg- BSNL sarkari telecom hai but imagine agar abhi sirf BSNL chal rha hota to mostly sb abhi 3G pr hote....

In short #PatnaRains Never seen such continuous rains for over 48 hours in my life. Patna is under unprecedented rains and flood. Everyone's home, roads are empty, severe water logging. Rail, road movement affected. Power disruption continues. and BSNL is down.

@Airtel_Presence Now-a-days 4G is woking worse than 2G in Navi Mumbai. I am struggling to stream 360P video. I haven't seen speed beyond 100 KBPS. And I can't explian call quality because I have to try 4-5 times to connect the call. Even BSNL network is better. 1180/mnth in vain
