@BSNL_BR Hi Bsnl, I am not able to send any service message from my number as it is urgent. I have tried with other sim operator sms is going through. So I've contacted the customer care they told meto contact the service provider to whom you want send the sms.

My experience of airtel service is really sad. Most of the time no network&cannot talk to customer service.compelled to take BSNL broad because of net work problem in airtel connection Only effective service it provides is daily reminding for recharge. Some time more than once

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India I am using BSNL BROADBAND Service. In a whole month 15 days service are not provided due to technical faults. And Your bill is on time every month. When am I calling at complaint center, lineman , they do not resolving my Problem. Everytime they gives Excuses.

Intervene in the matter ask your service distributor to give better modems. I know it's really difficult for BSNL to get things done, as people are really incompetent. But still this is a feedback for your betterment and You should be ahead of other service providers 🙏.
