    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl FTTH is not working from last 3 days. In previous month September also only 17 days internet working . Worst services #BSNL . You take monthly bill of 900 and not providing services. There is always a problem of internet in BSNL. Never got 50 mbps #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Thank you for your response. bsnl complaint 5/oct/2020: 1053627951. I managed to raise a complaint through customer care. But the issue is not resolved

    @bsnl_tt why is there no response on tickets? I have been facing issues with my landline since the past 4 months. Visited the BSNL office thrice and nothing happened. I skipped the bill payment for this month and all I see is a penalty. Is customer experience still relevant?

    @BSNL_HR @bsnlbroadband Hello, My connection was activated on 11th Feb and so in a week it hardly up and running for 24 hrs in total. Can you please do something if you can or else please refund my money of around 7K. This is pathetic service by BSNL..

    @narendramodi, Sir, I am residing in Varanasi North assembly area.I have taken a bsnl fiber broadband connection during December 2020, but suffering with internet speed and cable fault from that time to update, but local authorities does not attend my complaint.

    @rsprasad Sir, am using BSNL Mobile No 9458895823. I have recharged for one year pack @ rs 1999/- on 08/02/2021. Since recharge i am facing data speed problem. I have complained three time at BSNL care 1503 but no action and also daily called at BSNL care 1503 to see the problem
