    @JioCare I have gotten a plan that includes Amazon Prime and it's been a month and I haven't been able to access my prime. Have seen every tutorial you can provide online. Tried call/chat/mail support all unresponsive. Have jio become the new BSNL?

    @jiocare @TRAI I ported my bsnl no. In @reliancejio on 28/10/21 , after tele verification on 30/10/21 I am unable to use voice and Data services on my number. When i contacted jio customer care on 198 they reasoned that this may be due to multiple user using same network at same

    The funny thing is that as per your own data the engineer was allocated on 14.10.2021. But the system of airtel is so fast that the problem resolved even before allocation to engineer. Arent you ashamed of your pathetic service?? BSNL's service is much much better than you. Shame

    @BSNLCorporate This is 7th day my internet is out since my service request registered. Request you, don't force me to go to further course of action. Do BSNL think customer is accept everything in this new era of technology

    @TRAI BSNL coverage of Menchuka (Arunachal Pradesh) is very poor. Hardly one can make call despite having full network coverage. Please look into it

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL I respect you but please improve network quality and coverage. Your employees are working only for salaries. Knowingly they not provide us best service though company has all equipments. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
