    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl FTTH is not working from last 3 days. In previous month September also only 17 days internet working . Worst services #BSNL . You take monthly bill of 900 and not providing services. There is always a problem of internet in BSNL. Never got 50 mbps #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Thank you for your response. bsnl complaint 5/oct/2020: 1053627951. I managed to raise a complaint through customer care. But the issue is not resolved

    It's been a year since I have stopped using #BSNL broadband & landline service on 0281-2442786 but I am yet to receive my refund and account department is asking me to wait another 3-4 month. kindly issue my refund ASAP. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ @TRAI
