    @BSNLCorporate Thank you for your response. bsnl complaint 5/oct/2020: 1053627951. I managed to raise a complaint through customer care. But the issue is not resolved

    @CMDBSNL @UNinIndia Very Good. But all BSNL customers are also family member for those BSNL never cares. All other companies came in existence very later but grown quickly by caring customers, where BSNL failed. unable to apply for fibre connection, worse customer care & website for find DSC code

    When Airtel Vodafone Idea and Jio started increasing the price of their tariff people started taking BSNL because BSNL was giving internet and calls at cheap rates. But its service and network is so poor that even internet is not able to run properly. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

    @UPPCLLKO I am BSNL employee and running our sites (bsnl towers) in most rural and backward areas . One site matka , Raebareli came under salon EDD have supply issue due to 3-4 number of pole broken due to storm one week ago.complained at all levels but problems not resolved.

    @JioCare why can't you accept that you cannot provide us the quality network you promised. Better to shift to bsnl. As we all know bsnl can't provide better service. You will charge in the name of 4G and provide us sevice like 2G. Shame on you.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Reality of your poor service,bsnl odisha 12 hours gone. No internet my place . Dist Jagatsinghpur,BORIKINA CIRCLE. No promot action taken. No authority picking up phone.

    @BSNL_PB got installed a BSNL net connection 01832991578. Most of d time d net service remains worst. D service provider never picks d call. It makes me realise; dey r pathetic & never dare to imprve. I thought we must boost BSNL but as always the CC & other services r poorest.

    @BSNLCorporate my bsnl fibre no. 0532-2973217 Very erratic internet. Too much buffering. Many times no internet. Please help otherwise I will switch to other ISP.
