@CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

@CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

@Ravisutanjani You certainly need to bifurcate govt entities as PSUs and govt. Offices.. PSUs like BSNL and Public sector banks may have a little inferior service quality due to govt made shortcomings including staff shortage.. yes a large chunk need training in soft skills..

@BSNLCorporate @skarthikcool Such a irresponsible answer, from the Inception DoT to BSNL. Once Glorifying as Backbone of the Country in Telecommunication. Feels bad facing same problem since 15th December without proper ack complaint closed. For the past 10 years using BSNL w/o any second thought.

@BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate Sir please resolve the problem sooner i am experiencing a lot of problems. Even costumer care is not solving my problem they always say a copy paste answer. When I am telling them to write the complaint they are saying the bsnl portal is not working.
