    @PMOIndia @OfficeOfRSP @TRAI @CMDBSNL @narendramodi It is very sad news about BSNL GANDEVI of VALSAD DISTRICT(GJ) got shut down due to unpaid electricity bill. Several rural area affected. LL,Broadband, Leasedline is down. Its example of bad governance. Kindly resolve it ASAP.

    @anirbanguha40 Dear Customer, Greetings of the day! Your complaint has already been conveyed to the external unit of Dumdum Cluster for necessary action. It has been reported that the rebate for the dead period may be considered/waived after conversion of your existing copper cable line to an optical fibre (FTTH) connection.     @BSNLCorporate Still BSNL is in year 2000. No reliable network for making digital Payments. Most of the time transactions are getting timed out while making payments. No network at 600 126 Mappedu area even in second floor. No action for 10 years. Complaints are closed without any action.

    @Kiranhyd @SayantikaSays BSNL - 4 years, small towns, different states, same experience. Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 What about networking,,,we are in Ghazipur district,uttrrauli,I have bsnl sim ,but not in use from 5 years,just because of poor network
