    @bsnl_ap_circle my number is 9490160010. Post paid cprporate group. Want to switch over to 499 plan or else change the network. Previously tried but bsnl people advised to submit application at visakhapatnam which is 250 km away. Suggest the solution or give me way to get rid

    Good afternoon, There is technical problem at BSNL exchange due to fibre cable cut. Calls are not landing at 108 call centre. BSNL and 108 technical team are on job. Will update once resolved. Thanks & Regards @nhm_assam @PomiBaruah

    @BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL I dont think so this the professional behaviour . Cutting the phn call in such a rude way even though i was asking for my refund of security deposite from the bsnl.

    Provided faulty telephone number, been to your office. Only got fault assurance from past 23 days, my landline services are still down. BSNL says prompt action will be taken. Prompt action can only be taken if there are any prompt officers. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @rsprasad
