    @bsnl_ap_circle my number is 9490160010. Post paid cprporate group. Want to switch over to 499 plan or else change the network. Previously tried but bsnl people advised to submit application at visakhapatnam which is 250 km away. Suggest the solution or give me way to get rid

    @NAGARAJABHAT3 @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Bro, the same thing at my place. BSNL is not gvg the fibre services directly. They are gvg via franchisee whom they have gvn a free hand to loot the people. I did not take the service from them since I knw these govt ppl. Once the line is tkn they will show their own dadagiri.

    @BSNLCorporate Complaint is resolved but problem is still going on. Bsnl officer never send a technician and they just only resolved problem in online not in ground pls help

    I Have Done Recharge For My BSNL number of ₹398, On SBI YonoLite, Money Got Debited But Recharge Not Credited Till Now. Transaction No :- UHC6836454 And Last Month Also Same Problem had And SBI Customer Care Even Don't Refunded.Transaction No:- UHC6189863 @TheOfficialSBI

    Tired of following up with BSNL’s staff for fixing the broken Broadband. Complaint (no. 1058704134) was closed without any resolution. Last attempt to get the problem escalated @BSNLUPWEST @BSNLCorporate . Will switch to Airtel or Jio if not resolved soon.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, I have enquired local BSNL office last week & i got information that fund is available,they are waiting for approval of proposal from higher authority. So there is no issue of fund.
