    @bsnl_ap_circle my number is 9490160010. Post paid cprporate group. Want to switch over to 499 plan or else change the network. Previously tried but bsnl people advised to submit application at visakhapatnam which is 250 km away. Suggest the solution or give me way to get rid

    @AshwiniVaishnaw What to do with that? BSNL has changed plans for mobiles without even informing customers. Got heavy bills, visited Offive to enquir, given application to change plan 10 days back, still no action. Why we shld pay high charges when we dont require the same plan? Pathetic service.

    @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

    @tamilhollywood2 @naseerbasha1966 Got BSNL for supporting it and regretting it for lack of customer service. If we call customer care they would ask us to contact local branch and if we speak with local branch they are still in 1990's(arrogant replies). Haven't faced much problem in connectivity though
