    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL I always believe in your Badiya Service and Network Logo ke liye, But Sorry that your service in Gotan 342902 is not working properly their are many issues regarding 4g service, no signal, call drops......and more, Humble request please resolve ASAP

    @BSNLCorporate, @PMOIndia @BSNL_UPEast Again I'm getting only 2Mbps speed Please fix the issue and consider rebate in my monthly bill. Facing this speed issue for 10 days I launch the complaints multiple times but no action taken from higher authority of #BSNL

    Dear @Airtel_Presence Why does ur mobile network go missing whenever the wired broadband is under service? There is NO mobile network in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur for last many hours. Thousands of citizens are out of communication. I am sending this tweet through Bsnl 4G - irony!!

    @bsnl_care No improvement in BSNL prepaid data service even after repeated complaints. Complaint docket was closed without resolving the issue, while customers continue paying in advance for unusable data services.

    Thank you 🙏 for the ground-level input — glad to hear 4G has reached the areas you visited. That said, the picture isn’t uniform across the state. BSNL, which still holds significant network presence in rural West Bengal, continues to operate 2G in areas where its 4G rollout remains incomplete — including documented cases in Purba Medinipur as recently as May 2026. Private operators like Jio and Airtel are largely 4G/5G, but BSNL’s rural coverage gaps mean some villages are genuinely still on 2G or EDGE. The line wasn’t about cities — it was about those last-mile pockets that BharatNet and RoW Rules are specifically designed to fix.
