If the network doesn't work (which very likely will), the employees can't work, and if they can't work, no one can complain about them doing nothing. It's the ultimate bureaucratic black hole.

I ported to your service from Bsnl, the sim provided was faulty and lesser I know boarded flight to different country, now been 4 months no resolution, customer care is so pathetic keep asking same documents again and again.
