    @ApCgm Sir In BSNL many plans are there in Cell and Broadband. Where as other operators have few palns. Like wise, please shorten the plans for customer convenience ..Rajahmundry. #talktocgmbsnlhp

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS My father’s BSNL SIM card/ network is not showing up since day before yesterday in the mobile phones. If we call at the number it says it is switched off. The sim not working has the number which has been given for official works etc. Please help!

    @BSNL_PB Again complaint occur balance deduct my account but rechage not done, i am not free to visit everytime your retail outlet or bsnl office. Seriously after complete 3 months i will port to another company and everyone to recommend to usea other than bsnl.

    @rsprasad sir pl. Help my nearest bsnl exchange (Teliarganj PRAYAGRAJ) in maintaining power backup. They R unable 2 do since last 20 days. This is hampering online meetings of ours and classes of students in corona period. Sir U R our last hope before leaving bsnl forever.

    @DrSenthil_MDRD We have complained many times to BSNL. We rely upon only BSNL. In case of any emergency, what if no network available. Please help us getting good network in our area.

    @BSNL_KTK I tried several times to contact BSNL portal to avail connection but no response I went in person to office & asked regarding the connection & they guided me by giving a private agency guy number.. But he is not at all picking calls.. Is this is how a customer treated?

    @BSNLCorporate Today I received a call from BSNL Aligarh regarding the complaint. I don't know how you guys hire people. The complaint is related to the network issue and he was talking on a different topic. Then in the end he said I'll inform the concerned department to look into the issue.
