    BSNL Fiber is down. Complaint line is also not working. Upon calling CC, got to know System Upgrade is going on. It is down for all. That's why BSNL can never be a good service provider. The smallest system upgrade usually takes place in the night, that too with prior info. 1/N

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ To my Surprise i have a 10 years old connection ..a wire was bitten had to change it ...charged 30Rs a meter Rs 900 and i have to put the wiring ...BSNL will not do it ...Really is this the Service provided ..No wireman .and wire charges

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl @PMOIndia Very pathetic service and customer care of BSNL. As complaint many times on customer care to remove my mobile number from other person BSNL landline number as getting msgs to pay undue of that guy. Can anyone address this issue or not.

    Sarkari Babu mentality. Never think for customer first. Own comfort is top priority. Unfortunately, BSNL was the only provider available for a long period. Glad that already applied for @airtelindia fiber. Connection is half way completed. Hope to get reliable service. (N/N)

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate complaint registered 4 bsnl fibre with registration number as 1054474786 today 7 days they r not solving mood and negative bsnl really frustrated nobody appear if it's private normally it's solved in 3 hours for fibre connection

    @JioCare Well just today i switched from BSNL to jio fiber thinking of better service but the ping in games is very high like litrally double In valorant i normally have 20 to 30 ping but in jio fiber i get 40 to 50 why

    @BSNLCorporate Even after multiple mails and chats they are not responding. Paying for Rs. 999 Superstar Premium Plus plan but getting contents for Rs. 749 Superstar Premium 1. Pls. resolve my issue. The BSNL help desk is really horrible.

    @CMDBSNL : I am loyal customer of BSNL since 2001 and using BSNL sim only. Now I would like to port one of SIM but BSNL is not cooperating by nt sending UPC for MNP in spite of sending several SMS. Is it right approach 4 emphathizing with customer? Plz do the needfful.Regards

    @BSNL_BR My Demands: 1.Install High Speed 4G Tower at my location.There must be a 4G VoLTE Network in phone📱 3.The local BSNL office should be reopened.The BSNL SIM should be readily available at nearby vendors.Fixed Targets should be given to sell/port SIM to customer at my location.
