    The toll free number not working. For landline complaints we have to call a dozen times before call is answered. Local BSNL office is closed. @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia I guess fool proofing our present systems will push more progress then novel innovative projects.

    @BSNL_GJ trying to call bsnl customer care since 4days, and trice a day. Even after 15 mins each time, the customer care "babu s" have no time to pick the call. My two bsnl prepaid no.'s validity is expired, need to be recharged and I don't know the stv to be recharged.

    @DoT_India My BSNL Landline number 07929703069, not working for last 4 days, nobody is responding. Today we met officers at Naroda telephone exchange and got reply that cable had cut and stollen, and we can't give you time period when we can solve the problem. Horrible answer.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ To my Surprise i have a 10 years old connection ..a wire was bitten had to change it ...was charged 30Rs a meter Rs 900 and also i have to put the wiring ...BSNL will not do it myself. Really Poor Scrap and very Bad behavior ...

    Also if Modi had a talk with Sundar Pichai before this announcement of $10bn, he shud have asked funds for BSNL. Even 10% would have been a great help!

    The lady officer from bsnl calls but is not at all apologetic about her behaviour, talking. When I ask her name she is not telling, says public grievance daalo humko koi farak nahin padta Their attitude still sucks. #shame learn basic CC @manojsinhabjp @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ

    My landline is not working... I register complain to BSNL office, Gandhinagar ... I receive sms with complain id... after few hours I receive another sms that my complain has been solved... I wonder because my landline is still not working... @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate

    Sarkari Babu mentality. Never think for customer first. Own comfort is top priority. Unfortunately, BSNL was the only provider available for a long period. Glad that already applied for @airtelindia fiber. Connection is half way completed. Hope to get reliable service. (N/N)

    @VodafoneIN and I also port into bsnl because bsnl takes action for any complaint but you can't doing anything for your Customer without cheat them.

    I have complained for phone dead many times in the exchange, call and in app but, no one showed up. The line is dead since over a week now. Now I really think that BSNL does not the customers to use their service. Really thinking to end the service. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ

    @BSNL_GJ In the view of 21 days lockdown ...#stayhome and #WorkFromHome if it cannt provide stable internet broadband connection and after complaining the issue ,not responding to call by the officials ...no doubt why bsnl is suffering from the such loses!!

    @ACTFibernet What's wrong with ACT broadband? Most of the time I have issues. It stopped working today and it has been 1 hour still down We are paying full amount so expecting full service, now a day ACT has become like BSNL, most of the time down.

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate 4G/VoLTE is still dead in Shamshabad despite filing complaint on April 6 (Docket: D063132844343). 12 days have passed with ZERO resolution. Only HSPA+ working . Please fix this immediately or escalate to higher authorities! โŒ๐Ÿ“ก #BSNL
