I could contact people only with BSNL mobile. Really inefficient they are 🤣 That’s why all are active to close down BSNL and save the Pvt. Telecom companies 🤣

Really Poor Scrap and very Bad behavior ...

Today we met officers at Naroda telephone exchange and got reply that cable had cut and stollen, and we can't give you time period when we can solve the problem. Horrible answer.

Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.
