@VtvGujarati BAD GOVT. POLICY:1)60 days for Customer Very long Periods in the Degital time.2)Maximum 4 days for any Customer in private company. 3)Govt.bad policy & bad working very dengerous for Country.BSNL, Banking, Post, Air India, Coal India, BHEL, Etc.Various govt. Heavy loss making.

@BSNL_GJ Went to Vastrapur exchange for FTTH connection request at my home, barely 150 mt from exchange on same road and locality. Shocked to know they can't provide service.Being a PSU employee prefer BSNL for BB.But if you can't provide at 150 mt distance then How you are going

@BSNLCorporate since last 5-6 days, I am booking complaints about my broadband. Without resolving, it is being closed. Nobody takes feedback. Problem is still there. Frequent disruptions. I have been customer of BSNL more than 8-9, years. I will be forced to switch.

@BSNLCorporate one of the most ill managed PSU in the country. Run by group of morons only to fleece money from the subscribers for the services which are not rendered. BSNL should shut down with immediate effect.
