Even after 15 mins each time, the customer care "babu s" have no time to pick the call. My two bsnl prepaid no.'s validity is expired, need to be recharged and I don't know the stv to be recharged.

But the question is, if the recharge was for six months, why did it stop after two months and why did I receive messages to recharge? I've shared my number in the DM.
