    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate @BSNL In the view of 21 days lockdown ...#stayhome and #WorkFromHome if it cannt provide stable internet broadband connection and after complaining the issue ,not responding to call by the officials ...no doubt why bsnl is suffering from the such loses!!

    This is yet not resolved.Complaint registration number 1052017750 on phone number 079-25464303. Repairer came to resolve and informed that one new cable is required to be installed in my area. Yet no action is taken to install the same. Take action @BSNL_GJ #bsnl @TRAI @PMOIndia

    @BSNL_GJ trying to call bsnl customer care since 4days, and trice a day. Even after 15 mins each time, the customer care "babu s" have no time to pick the call. My two bsnl prepaid no.'s validity is expired, need to be recharged and I don't know the stv to be recharged.

    I have complained for phone dead many times in the exchange, call and in app but, no one showed up. The line is dead since over a week now. Now I really think that BSNL does not the customers to use their service. Really thinking to end the service. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ

I have no clue If your phone is not working, you may take help of customer support I have no knowledge on BSNL except they are struggling to survive for almost 10 years Except Kerala there were making loss in all circles 10 years ago 🙏

    @DoT_India My BSNL Landline number 07929703069, not working for last 4 days, nobody is responding. Today we met officers at Naroda telephone exchange and got reply that cable had cut and stollen, and we can't give you time period when we can solve the problem. Horrible answer.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ My BSNL FTTH connection (1277) is not working since afternoon, and the fiber light is RED. Account: 1026094092 Complaint: 1052403963 I've rejected Jio, GTPL and put faith in BSNL. I'm facing a lot of inconvenience and can't work. Please help urgently!

    During Umphan and after the severe cyclone- in Kolkata, all the mobile network was down- except our oldman- BSNL . I could contact people only with BSNL mobile. Really inefficient they are 🤣 That’s why all are active to close down BSNL and save the Pvt. Telecom companies 🤣

    A BSNL number at my home is not able to receive calls, when we ring, it says its switched off but strangely, it can make calls. I seriously don't know what is the issue. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLGujOfficial @CMDBSNL @TRAI

    But causes of its price failure include irrational targets, delay of bsnl, very low promoter holding and many investors averaging down beyond the 5 to 7 percent slab I set as per of pf. Atleast now with launch of income tax portal the tag of fraud Hyderabadi co tag should go.

    @DonitaJose List all the government agencies or programs which have been successful in the last few decades? I can't think of any other than ISRO. Air India, BSNL, Government Hospitals, now these vaccine programs are all fraught with exasperatingly terrible efficiency.

    @BSNL_CHTD always no signal in Urapakkam, 603211 BSNL soon will close and the employees will sent back to home , All the customers are moving to JIO the killer carrier. Hope BSNL takes action to improve its coverage across India with 4G.

    @BSNLCorporate 7days in a row, i am facing problem in using BSNL internet service. Sometimes it show No internet connection or as E . I discussed with some of BSNL customers, they are also facing same issue. Hope you solve this urgently. Location: Golaghat, Assam 785621
