    village is hardly 8 km far away from office of the @AC_Rangat but no body taking care of this issue. No.of times we raised our voice but results remain same. By seeing this difficulty we decided to get bsnl broadband connection for children's online education. Bt snce lst 2 to 3

    @skpkaruna 2015 chennai flood, only network was BSNL. They have satellite back. This BSNL was destroyed by modi govt.

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet is down from past 3 days in location Sasaram (821115). Local authorities are saying it will be fixed tommorow but unable to meet deadlines. Please look into it and take your customers seriously and improve services.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR MNP done from MP circle to Bihar. When I called customer care for tele verification, I am told that details are not updated against the number. If details are not updated then how come MNP request has been accepted. Very poor BSNL BIHAR service.

    @BSNLCorporate Also the BSNL person responsible the prompt service in our area is known for lazy , ridiculous , irresponsible. In have personally complained and not action has been take thus far . I have been trying to reach him since yesterday no response as always
