    village is hardly 8 km far away from office of the @AC_Rangat but no body taking care of this issue. No.of times we raised our voice but results remain same. By seeing this difficulty we decided to get bsnl broadband connection for children's online education. Bt snce lst 2 to 3

    @Manjina_Hani Yes. I, too, had BSNL broadband initially. Was fed up with their speed and pathetic customer service. Had no option but to surrender in 2017.

    @BSNL_care I had lodged complaint regarding mobile connectivity problem but the same was closed. I am shocked to know that bsnl authorities didn't bother to confirm the problem. I am still facing connectivity problem. I tried to lodge complaint but very difficult.

    @NCIBHQ BSNL engineers selected from tough competition (about 2500 selected from 10 lakh engineers in a particular year). They are genius. BSNL situation is due to poor policy, ITS people.

    @bsnl_care You quietly reduced the validity of 197 plan to 35 days. Your service is not as good as airtel or Jio. For 199, u give 2gb/day for 28 days. But 197, only 5gb data, only 7 days extra and only 300mins calls. No wonder people dont support BSNL. For the poor service and ethics.

    @raghav_chadha From many days in this month, BSNL signals are down to 2G and sometimes no signal at all. Totally mess in every public sector department under Modi government.

    No signal of BSNL at Pin code 473551(Mantriji constituency). not receiving important sms. BSNL is still Bhai Sahab Nahi Lena. Kab Sudhrega. Totally Frustrated.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate , pls upgrade or rectify ur network in our Pin 788151,,we don't have any network connectivity,, unfortunately I have BSNL wifi router and it really sucks, either resolve this issue or I m gonna stop ur services from next month #BSNLSUCKS
