    village is hardly 8 km far away from office of the @AC_Rangat but no body taking care of this issue. No.of times we raised our voice but results remain same. By seeing this difficulty we decided to get bsnl broadband connection for children's online education. Bt snce lst 2 to 3

    You cant install for 12 days and you simply say wait wenever your team is in mood?? Is it 1990s BSNL connection? Your competitor is ready to install in 4 hrs but you just float this service to fraud and dupe customer. Return my money and cancel!!

    Very Pathetic Service by @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MP_Circle ONT not working from last 2 days, still no Resolution from BSNL. Complaint ID : 113701652 Complaint Ref No. - BSNL-MP-2025-CU-06251750856785 FTTH No. - 07572-299003 Please look into this matter on Urgent basis.

    @bsnl_care “Unacceptable! My bsnl internet (ticket id 1064050998) is still unresolved BSNLrep Mr Sarabjeet keeps closing tickets & told me ‘donot raise tickets, it will not solve the issues’ He even suggested I disconnect for faster services !@BSNLCorporate #BSNL #CustomerService

    @kamal__29 @ayusshsanghi @Indianinfoguide Maybe it would’ve slashed, but to this extent? I don’t think so. Reliance then used to sell 1GB for Rs98 BSNL’s tariff was low too. Idea’s tariff was slightly lower. But as Airtel and Vodafone were the dominant ones, they never dropped their prices because they were being greedy.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Most of may - NO network Most of June - NO network So how should I make calls or use internet? Even customer care don't help even after contacting senior officers. So I recharged my jio number and may be I will port out bsnl number to other operator. Bsnl is unreliable.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate what is wrong with BSNL network? My mobile number 94816 38223 not working not able to recharge. Visited Jayanagar office 3 times and invain. Is this the way you work in today’s competitive world? Really pathetic service. Completely disappointed
