    village is hardly 8 km far away from office of the @AC_Rangat but no body taking care of this issue. No.of times we raised our voice but results remain same. By seeing this difficulty we decided to get bsnl broadband connection for children's online education. Bt snce lst 2 to 3

    @bsnl_care I have ported out to jio recently and a more satisfied with the services. BSNL unable to rectify issues and finally surrendered stating that a new tower is needed in vayushaktinagar Gandhinagar to resolve the issues. However thanks for your concern

Kindly note that for BSNL MNP (Mobile Number Portability), physical KYC verification at the nearest BSNL CSC is mandatory as per telecom regulations, and doorstep SIM delivery is not applicable in MNP cases.     @bsnl_care I tried bsnl customer care after selecting 15 option selected customer care thn a person answered with a back ground bep thn no response after 2 mins hung up.kya yehi ghante ki service de rahe hou I have a valid plan need to port n ur not allwing the sms go through

    @EinstYdv unavailable but there are some Native American reservation specific mobile network which use day light savings time etc). The phone's display time changes automatically. The bigger question should be why is Airtel, Vi, BSNL and Jio not providing coverage here (3)

    @BSNLCorporate All public sector banks has removed bsnl network from their system because of poor support, no accountability. Corporate business needs 100% availability which bsnl lags.

    @ShwetaAgarval @airtelindia Airtel is the costliest and the worst of them all. Sometimes BSNL provides better network.

    BSNL, even 10 years is more than enough time to fix your network. You're only pushing cheap plans, but in many areas your signal doesn't even reach. Please focus on actual coverage and service quality instead of just marketing tariffs. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care
