village is hardly 8 km far away from office of the @AC_Rangat but no body taking care of this issue. No.of times we raised our voice but results remain same. By seeing this difficulty we decided to get bsnl broadband connection for children's online education. Bt snce lst 2 to 3

@OnSpectraCare Can you please let me know how to get the connection disconnected. The reason I was using Spectra was its speed. But if it takes 3 days to reactivate, no point in using it. You will definitely lose customers for the pathetic customer service where even @bsnl might be better.

@BSNLCorporate SHOCKING to know BSNL Service has become so bad. BSNL is unable to Repair faulty cable since 4 days, when our location is close to BSNL Bhavan (Office). And today's working hours almost ended.
