    village is hardly 8 km far away from office of the @AC_Rangat but no body taking care of this issue. No.of times we raised our voice but results remain same. By seeing this difficulty we decided to get bsnl broadband connection for children's online education. Bt snce lst 2 to 3

    @BSNLCorporate my nearest BSNL tower is down. So getting signal from a far away tower. Signal is very bad and getting only 2G signal. No internet working. Check and solve the issue. Sending you my location over DM.

    @DoT_India District Barabanki Sub District Haidergarh In Haidergarh, net works slow for 10 days and call attention is also there, when you tell your point to BSNL customer care, they disconnect the call without listening to the whole thing, they do not solve the problem.

    @consumerforum_ Sir will you plz look at d issue which is long pending frm the BSNL side at SAPATGRAM. Customer care executives arenot taking any complaints by replying system issues or application issues. Without 3G/4G, we are surviving with BSNL 2G coverage from the beginning.

    @ku_patro As reported BSNL has confirmed feasibility and necessary work order has already been issued to BSNL. Currently status pending at BSNL. However this Office is following up with BSNL for early establishment of network. Inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted.

    Why has BSNL BTS been closed at sultanpur ghosh(212653) fatehpur up.After complaning no action has taken.This area is out of bsnl network coverage. How kind of digitalization it is! @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India
