    village is hardly 8 km far away from office of the @AC_Rangat but no body taking care of this issue. No.of times we raised our voice but results remain same. By seeing this difficulty we decided to get bsnl broadband connection for children's online education. Bt snce lst 2 to 3

    @BSNLCorporate My internet has been down for the past 8-9 days, and today a personnel from BSNL called me and asked me to get fiber (which is not available in my location) since it will take more than a month to fix the issue itseems. so you guys started outsourcing????

    @cgm_mh_bsnl I've applied for fibre optic internet connection in BSNL, Pradhikaran, Pune. I tried to followup for the connection status got different answers from contract person but no visibility. My last application for broadband 10-11 years old, still waiting Pls support

    Being power generation company our data is monitored by WRLDC, Mumbai. But due to BSNL network outage data is not transmitted. Besides we r cut off from ur parent company NTPC Ltd. due to outage of MPLS/Leased lines. Also, mobile users are shifting to other service providers.

    @hee_haw00 @stsca316 @vikramsalvekar by withholding investments in BSNL not giving spectrum, allowing predatory pricing by Jio, what does the govt get? Why shud they do it? They do it since funding comes back from these corporates. From having 3-5 players / circle (competition) we are down to 3

    @AimLordKrishna My friends had installed BSNL fibre net 4 WFH. But it's customer service & speed was pathetic & Even the complaints were not resolved. They all switched to Jio fibre. We want to use and promote BSNL but it's service is so pathetic that u feel like u r being punished 4 using them

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @cgmbsnlkerala After the heavy rain same as the usual Bsnl fiber connection went disconnected. Every month there will be some kind of issues with the connections. Doesn't know what is the real issue. Fiber landline number 04842972997 Please make needful.
