The timing lines up: I think BSNL has been in the middle of a major network transition, mass 4G tower rollouts, 3G shutdowns circle by circle, VoLTE still inconsistently deployed, and VoWiFi just launched. In the 3–4 days before peak heating, I received 10–15+ carrier flash/OTA messages from BSNL, accepted a carrier settings update, and got the VoWiFi launch SMS.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I visited the BSNL office at Ghazipur today (Monday) during regular working hours, but it was completely closed. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer experience. Kindly look into this matter.
