  village is hardly 8 km far away from office of the @AC_Rangat but no body taking care of this issue. No.of times we raised our voice but results remain same. By seeing this difficulty we decided to get bsnl broadband connection for children's online education. Bt snce lst 2 to 3

  @deepakgonda @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe It's a big flaw in bsnl system. Somehow some hackers manage to bypass bsnl system at some point and overriding the html response on Bsnl is not working to fix it. Better use Malwarebytes to block it.

  @BSNLCorporate No need for that...I have applied for disconnecting my connection after spending around 7000 Rs for actually getting it..I will never ever get any service from BSNL in future and won't recommend your services to anyone. This is the least I could do for you guys after all you did

  I had paid my Bharat Air Fiber Bill on BSNL Portal. The money was deducted from my bank account but I got a transaction error at the same time. However I had recieved transaction ID from bank and I called customer care for the same. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK

  There is Airtel and Jio fibre in the city but they are still to pull cables to my place. They are trying since an year now. BSNL is highly overpriced and has complex process to get connection. Work from home is becoming difficult. Please help here @rsprasad @

  @BSNLCorporate The landline & internet have started working since last evening. While this issue for time being has been resolved,I request you to investigate why a vast number of BSNL landline phones in Bangalore are 'out of order'. Short staff is cited as a reason most of the time.@rsprasad
