    @BSNL_KL 1/2 using landlane connection from. Last 20 years from last few years service is very very poor.service and response from thrikkakkara bsnl is very bad. In a year only few months will get service incredible perfomance. We disconnected but again rw opened - received.-

    BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

    @George53419980 @Nameis_Vishal @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL I had unable to check the speed as the 4G service is not started with bsnl in my city hope that it will be launching next month so will be only using the service and would check.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi Team I am getting reminder to pay bill. I tried reaching support as usual no response. I have not got any response from anyone even after complaining. I do not have any connection installed of bsnl on what basis I am being send bill.

    Fire 🔥 Thought: Millions of unemployed in India. Why the Govt.of India cannot appoint all those who have conscience and suffient knowledge and against Corruption in BSNL?. BSNL always looting the money of the public. Solution? Hand over BSNL to all those who have Conscience. Y?.

    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @BSNL_KL I received my BSNL Bill, but u had charged me installation fees. I had paid the instlln fees alrdy to agent. I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

    @CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

    @CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

    @bsindia @manchandamegha In the VRS document it was stated that the dues will be paid in 2 installments, one in 2019-20 and next in 2020-21. This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

    After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

    @CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

    I have handled DoT/ BSNL as a customer for dogs years. I don’t handle if anymore for almost 10 years. Today a person, erstwhile colleague called and said- he wanted to meet to understand DoT because he hasn’t been handling the account for almost a decade. I asked him but when were you handling DoT since ten years back you were with my company only and I was handling DoT. He said he handled it from defense side. He was actually never handling defence as I handled both defence and BSNL during NFS. He lied on my face. He had joined world’s largest SW MNC to handle defence on the fake experience of handling Defence during NFS while he was actually handing MHA. He happily stayed there three years and now it seems he has internalised his fake experience. What to do with such people?

    @bsnl_care You don't need to apologize every time. After all, you have been improving your infrastructure for many years. Instead of upgrading the infrastructure, you should focus on services. Also, why do SMS services fail inside offices or ATMs? Pls check. #BSNL @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_care Your customer care service is the worst in all accounts.Even bsnl is unable to send SIM settings in spite of more than seven requests.I think irresponsible behaviour of their service executive is the main reason for the downfall of BSNL.

    @bsnl_care Nothing happened. Just a call from vendor that system is working. But my fibre not working. Vendor is always insisting to power on and off. no reason to power on and off once fibre is cut or damaged. Vendor is escaping to attend. No response from BSNL JTO SDE DGM concerned

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD BSNL network is highly unreliable in Metiabruz, with zero coverage in many spots. Residents here need affordable, quality service due to low income. Please fix these blackouts and enable carrier aggregation for stable speeds! Need more and more towers
