    @rsprasad Sir, why is that you are such a pathetic administrator but a person who can only preach but never practice. Have you ever noticed that under your leadership BSNL @BSNLCorporate is struggling for funds even to refund the security deposit on surrendering the connection.

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for quick response, I have shared detail in DM, Please fix it at India level, nobody can compete with BSNL if you give good customer care.. customer care is the biggest and main problem which is important to fix in competitive world

    @reliancejio @JioCare I using postpaid number with u serivce stop due to cradit limit over i have the complet unbilled and my service still stop last 24hr how much time u take for resume service or you working 1970s Bsnl style custmor care is unprofessional sorry tape recorder

    @aviralm1 Govt babus were good good enough when it came to NASA/Delhi metro. The society warping nature of inequality and extreme private concentration of wealth cannot be ignored. Apne yaha Airtel destroyed BSNL in delhi by bribing workers to not service complains.

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate I ported out my mobile number bearing Account No:203587767on July 2019, 6 months over I didn't get my final settlement yet, my connection is with punjab bsnl, I visited Phase 4, Sector 59, SAS Nagar, Chandigarh 160059 office, many times, but no help

    @rsprasad Sir my ll no. Is 07751220030 and cell no. Is 9424151199. I am loyal customer of bsnl but in our area services og broadband and mobile both are in worst condition. Any bsnl officer I/c GMTD bilaspur is not giving satisfactory answer. Pls hlp.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I use BSNL FTTH, I would like if BSNL really owns it, I will be redirected to contractors and nobody picks up the calls when there is an issue, please stop blaming Govt is BSNL closes, It's employees have to change their mindset of serving customer
