    Hey HMD India, I need a dumb phone that is not yet launched in India but you have launched it in Europe. The Phone is HMD 2660 with UPI (refreshed Nokia 2660) Why I don't want to go for Nokia varient, 1. Micro USB 2. Does not support BSNL 4G I had considered HMD Touch 4G but it doesnot have UPI.     @bsnl_care Hello BSNL care team BSNL should appoint permanent lineman technical support team to check OFC line in SKTT road lahoul Pangi district Chamba Himachal Pradesh. So permanent lineman team restore 4G service in Pangi valley soon.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL is unable to replace stolen SIM in other states ie Rajasthan circle SIM if stolen (like me) is not available in Chennai, you have to shift all your services to another no. The other service provider like airtel readily issues a new sim of any state in any state(like me).

    @bsnl_care Bsnl is destroying day by day due poor network and regularly reducing validity of plans..it is time to increase validity of plans to attract customers but BSNL destroying itself to support private companies like jio Airtel vi according to government

    @Valluva_Bharati @Kiranhyd @Fintech03 It was years of harassment with BSNL. Lineman even used to cut wires to fix it on bribes. Once Tata Indicom CDMA landline available, we quickly switched for instant connection, modern device with inbuilt modem with internet which I even used for my office work later years.

    @kkunwar043 Sir, As per report of concern office, on 30th March, 2026 there was connectivity issue at the office and it was reported to BSNL by the office. Now there is proper connectivity at the office, you can visit the branch now.
