    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I paid for a BSNL SIM via the Sanchar Aadhaar website but never received it.Someone from my local BSNL office called asking for the number I selected how am I supposed to remember that? He was also rude. I don’t want the SIM anymore, just refund my money

    @BSNLCorporate Data on my phone not working. Complaint raised but no resolution. @PMOIndia @DoT_India Pls consider handing over bsnl to Idea. GOI already have stake and private operator will ensure basic services work for customers. Why waste GOI money.

    @IndianTechGuide I have one sim from BSNL, internet doesn't work on it. Just recharge it as it is owned by government.

    @DoT_India, Sir even when all infrastructure and Towers are controlled by BSNL despite that why pathetic service of the company?? There is no site or link for lodging complain against too delayed service

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_MH @TRAI Disgusted at BSNL Randomly changing plans to 1200 pm from 900pm on an FTTH BROADBAND service. And when we try and reach their 18004444 you can hear them gossiping but not answering their call. From Pune. DISGUSTED at the speeds of 30-50mbps on FTTH !!!

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD When a connection is surrendered, any amount due to customer should be settled within 60 days says TRAI. The BSNLFiber connection 4422200026 was surrendered and disconnected on 24 Oct 2025. Deposit amount not repaid yet. BSNL not under TRAI ?
