    @BSNLCorporate My biggest mistake is port into bsnl sim in delhi . I don't get network properly & no signal of internet. Now i try to port bsnl into other network but you send wrong upc code that is not valid . Your customer care doesn't respond. My no. 9968970264. Please help

    @PMOIndia Sir, though the centre is pushing for upgradation of the BSNL network,there is even no 3G or 4G network in west Bengal, kolkata circle. I bought last year a BSNL 5G sim of Kolkata ,west bengal circle but surprisingly there is no 3G or 4G network till today.

    Please don't believe the message because we are suffering from a last 1 years the BSNL tower is always problem with us the network issue always.3 to 4hour

    @InvestorOfJAMMU @grok Sometimes we look at BSNL from an urban lens and miss out a very crucial area - rural India There are so many parts in rural India where BSNL is the only option for people (landline/mobile/broadband) everything There is one way to make the whole thing less cash haemorrhaging As far as urban areas are concerned, BSNL should stick to B2B segment. All government and PSU offices to use BSNL only. (Of course service has to be very good) Try some good private office segments also. The whole purpose of currently keeping BSNL alive is for rural India. There is absolutely no sense in using BSNL for B2C segment in urban India - it cannot compete with Jio and Airtel. So better to drop that segment and let go of staff also for that segment

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my mobile number from BSNL to Vi through your store. At the time of porting the SIM, I paid ₹199 for the first recharge. While my phone number has successfully been ported, i have rec message first recharge was not done by VI store pls help..

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Continuously trying to reach #BSNL cust care at 1503. The call is not getting connected, or in case it gets connected, it is being disconnected l within few secs, or we are not able to hear each other. How to restart ue cust care. Pls help.

    @BSNLCorporate Highest kind wastage of money, maintenence given to third party who never respond on time. Charging like others telcos while providing service like ****. Pls start a portal to take closure request online to avoid any contact with lazy employees of BSNL.
