Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

Last 20 years from last few years service is very very poor.service and response from thrikkakkara bsnl is very bad. In a year only few months will get service incredible perfomance. I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.
