It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@gavad53 Sir/Madam, Due to heavy rain, the underground BSNL cable running from Kattumannarkoil area was highly damaged and the issue was escalated to BSNL authorities on 30.11.2021. Now the network issued has been resolved at Komaratchi SO on 02.12.2021 .

Curious (@CuriousGMO) reported@ProfAnilKumarT1 Even my father received legal notice to pay Rs 5000. Same problem, no internet and on filing complaint they send SMS that "problem has been rectified" without customer's feedback. I have proof so I am thinking to take legal route, it's sheer extortion by the BSNL.
