  I have been suffering from poor BSNL network connectivity for the last 8 months. 📍Location: Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034 I have registered numerous complaints and have a long list of complaint docket numbers as proof. However, BSNL Care repeatedly closes my complaints within an hour without resolving the issue. Every month I recharge my BSNL connection hoping the problem will finally be fixed, but nothing has changed. Around two months ago, I was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level and I was asked to be patient. I have already waited long enough, yet there has been no action. Is this how BSNL treats its customers? Complaints are closed without resolution while customers continue to pay for a service they cannot use. I request your urgent intervention to resolve the network issue in Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034. I can provide all the complaint docket numbers as evidence.   @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I had taken new Bsnl Bharat fiber yesterday however till now the connection is not working & unable to access internet, Did I made a mistake by taking bsnl fiber who can't provide internet service to customers in Bhubaneswar properly? Please fix ASAP .

  I recently had a bad experience of unprofessional approach on part of Airtel. All these private (un)service providers are thriving on deliberate act by GoI to sideline and kill its own public sector BSNL. Funnier is people suggesting to port mobile from BSNL to Airtel/Jio.

  Booked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician.
