What has happened to @BSNLCorporate mobile customer service? A reactivation for change of SIM taking more than 10 hours (still not done). Earlier it used to be done within 3-4 hours. How many customers is BSNL losing daily? CS ops are outsourced. Few agents, overloaded by work.

@reliancejio @JioCare Though BSNL consider to be lagging behind in technology but one can complaint Electricity failure using @BSNLCorporate landline but your landline just goes off in case of no power.
