@prashant1_k Govt is not selling any organization which is not working well. As there are no takers. example - Air India, BSNL. Govt intends to sell those which are making huge profit, to benefit some pvt entities. example - bpcl. Correct your facts.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Don't tell people are preferring Private networks. It's been 3 days I paid the entire amount to BSNL and my account got activated. But yet to get the installation done! Service may or may not come, but the monthly bill will! #poorcustomerservice #BSNL

@bsnl_care has employees that are from 19th century I got TPlink Xpon router for upgrading the plan and the guy in BSNL office says they only allow digisol , and i tried to explain it's same tech and he says we can't allow that otherwise their server might crash, WTF man 💀

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE Problem still not resolved though I am a loyal customer of BSNL and carrying this number since 2002. Strange thing is that no body is ready to inform that what the actual cause of barring the outgoing calls. Only God's know when the problem will resolve.🤔

Dear @BSNLCorporate, Kindly improve the training of your 1503 customer care staff. One of your executives told me I have to pay to receive incoming SMS — which is completely incorrect. Misguiding customers like this is not fair. Please look into it. #BSNL
