@BSNL_KOTD I have recharged for my BSNL number for plan renewal through online.When I try to make a call, it says your plan got expired.. I called customer care but no response.. Would you want me to come to your office in this pendemic. Its very horrible without phone..

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Don't tell people are preferring Private networks. It's been 3 days I paid the entire amount to BSNL and my account got activated. But yet to get the installation done! Service may or may not come, but the monthly bill will! #poorcustomerservice #BSNL

@prashant1_k Govt is not selling any organization which is not working well. As there are no takers. example - Air India, BSNL. Govt intends to sell those which are making huge profit, to benefit some pvt entities. example - bpcl. Correct your facts.

Next time someone preaches the importance of BSNL to rural India, here is a stat to show: Jio's rural mobile customer base alone was 181M whereas BSNL's ENTIRE mobile customer base is 112M. The earlier BSNL is killed, the better it is for the country.

It will show unsupported phone number. The unsupported by operator it will show . Thats why many recently lost their acc. Any no apart from bsnl in india will not work . You will never receive the message for otp verification. So please don’t log out you will loose acc.

@BSNLCorporate Sad to inform @BSNLCorporate that I'm unable to use #BSNL internet because of no network at Suti, Aurangabad, murshidabad West Bengal 742201. I'm connecting with @BSNLCorporate with friend hotspot. It is very sad that you have active plans ,but you can't use 🤔🤔🤔🤔 .

@AshwiniVaishnaw My dad's BSNL insurance claim is yet to be settled for over 5 years now ( HRD # - 197202701 ). At the age of 72, he's been dragged pillar to post. Even the claim value has depreciated by over 30% in due time. Please help. 🙏

@MobiKwik What a bad service.... I have done the failed transaction on 01/12/2022..bsnl recharge 107/- (order no.- MBK864544184)...still the amount is not refunded... I have complain so many times.If it is not return immediately... I will complain against you in consumer forum..
