@BSNL_KOTD I have recharged for my BSNL number for plan renewal through online.When I try to make a call, it says your plan got expired.. I called customer care but no response.. Would you want me to come to your office in this pendemic. Its very horrible without phone..

@prashant1_k Govt is not selling any organization which is not working well. As there are no takers. example - Air India, BSNL. Govt intends to sell those which are making huge profit, to benefit some pvt entities. example - bpcl. Correct your facts.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Don't tell people are preferring Private networks. It's been 3 days I paid the entire amount to BSNL and my account got activated. But yet to get the installation done! Service may or may not come, but the monthly bill will! #poorcustomerservice #BSNL

@BSNLCorporate not able to access @Twitter and many others sites thorough #Bharatfiber. But I'm able to access through mobile network. Have cross checked with multiple bsnl fiber net users all are having the same issue. Kindly fix the issue @BSNL_TN

@BSNLCorporate Bsnl has terrible service. I'm complaining for 3 months, and today I received a call claiming that my issue is resolved and closed even though it's not. My internet speed has got worse than ever before and the bsnl is saying it's resolved. How? You have to ask the customer first.

@BSNLCorporate My LL Number is 08258265811 which is out of service from last 3 weeks. I dont have network at my home and depends on LL . But BSNL LL service is very bad in my area, I tried for Air fibre from BSNL and they quoted me 23,000 to 27,000 and minimum 700 Rs monthly bill

@DoT_India Please resolve the Faulty land line issue of 08258265811 permanently. LL is out of service from last 2 weeks and none of the BSNL officials responding to my sequester and not picking our call.,I am only getting monthly bills.

@BSNLCorporate in 4g & 5g world #BSNL provide very high 2g speed. bsnl is old telecom sector till date which is not stable & due to this other private companies r more useful n popular. customer support as well as network coverage of #bsnl is worst. Is this bsnl making ppl phool?

@BSNLCorporate I have paid bill of on 8 April 22 @ 7.39 pm for my landline no 02525-299030 but your system show's it's not paid as result my landline & net connection is showing suspended. For your reference attached payment details. Also your BSNL mobile app are not working
