@prashant1_k Govt is not selling any organization which is not working well. As there are no takers. example - Air India, BSNL. Govt intends to sell those which are making huge profit, to benefit some pvt entities. example - bpcl. Correct your facts.

@BSNL_KOTD I have recharged for my BSNL number for plan renewal through online.When I try to make a call, it says your plan got expired.. I called customer care but no response.. Would you want me to come to your office in this pendemic. Its very horrible without phone..

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Don't tell people are preferring Private networks. It's been 3 days I paid the entire amount to BSNL and my account got activated. But yet to get the installation done! Service may or may not come, but the monthly bill will! #poorcustomerservice #BSNL

@karanvasudeva The main problem also is that I haven't had broadband for more than a month. One of the bsnl guys told me to reset my modem, which I did via ethernet cable.

@Aabidk737 @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio Agree. In my area all other network has only 1 signal.. Hopefully BSNL will improve. Govt was ignoring it and was planning to shut it down but few months back hear some news that BSNL will improve its services now.

@BSNLCorporate I have been using bsnl ftth for past 2 years. Terrible service. I’m waiting for airtel xtream to launch in my area. My neighbours are also waiting for the same. I won’t recommend bsnl for WFH. You’ll end up jobless. Stay away guys.

@narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL don’t have 4g/5g. JIO/Airtel launched 4g in 2016 it’s been 6 yr completed now 4g service is completely saturated so private moving toward 5g but BSNL still think about 4g. In 2022 BSNL 3G not available everywhere. So please confirm when will BSNL launching pan India 4g/5g?
