Given the current situation in the country with Airtel and Jio, it seems everyone should adopt BSNL and the government should fix the government-run BSNL. BSNL still has a lot to improve, but they are doing good Meanwhile, some Indian car brands don't have good service, but some other brands like Mahindra have very good service.

DK (@DK557454903481) reported@SidharthKourav BSNL call quality is good within the city limit. It struggles in villages. I do not use it for any data so do not know about its data network quality. I use JIO for data, not for calls.
