@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Don't tell people are preferring Private networks. It's been 3 days I paid the entire amount to BSNL and my account got activated. But yet to get the installation done! Service may or may not come, but the monthly bill will! #poorcustomerservice #BSNL

@BSNL_KOTD I have recharged for my BSNL number for plan renewal through online.When I try to make a call, it says your plan got expired.. I called customer care but no response.. Would you want me to come to your office in this pendemic. Its very horrible without phone..

@BSNLCorporate Hi Bsnl team, Whenever power goes for 4-5 hour then I am seeing LOS will blink and when power back then it goes way and service will restore this is observation. Why can't you have the good power back up, please treat this as priority and resolve the issue.

@BSNLCorporate @mkchauhantweets I am complaining 4th time for network issue to BSNL, BSNL replied 3 times that your problem resolved. They don't solve the problem they pretend & their replies are same for everyone like system generated don't need human intervention.

Why doesn't @BSNLCorporate support WiFi calling when other telecom players like @reliancejio @airtelindia supports wifi calling! Either wise BSNL has wifi calling through BSNL wings but has to be paid in a expensive price where other operator's offer it for free of cost!

@BsnlPro please correct 02382-226170.Due to service deficiencies already BSNL is loosing market place..DOT may look into this.
