@BSNL_KOTD I have recharged for my BSNL number for plan renewal through online.When I try to make a call, it says your plan got expired.. I called customer care but no response.. Would you want me to come to your office in this pendemic. Its very horrible without phone..

@prashant1_k Govt is not selling any organization which is not working well. As there are no takers. example - Air India, BSNL. Govt intends to sell those which are making huge profit, to benefit some pvt entities. example - bpcl. Correct your facts.

@Nikhil54028527 @BSNLCorporate @BsnlHp They give contracts to such vendors who donot have the basic logistic support also. I took this FTTH last Nov and I was told as the old system of BSNL broadband has become outdated this will serve. But teh reality is, it is worst. Becoz the agency assigned lack trained manpower!

@ThreeUKSupport No, only local sms through BSNL network is being received. I am not able to get otp's from all global services like google whatsapp etc.I tried many login attempts at different platforms. And finally at night after many hours , I received a google otp. But it was of no use
