    Though lockdown measure are on. The very responsibility to deliver telephone and broadband services by BSNL as usual a defaulter. Poor services as one can expect from govt machinery. @DoT_India @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate

    Ur still lucky similar problem faced by me for past ten days. No one acts to resolve be u Complain on Ivrs, tweet or report issue on public grievances. Shameless BSNL is. Further they claim to be operating pan India. @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @DoT_India

    @rsprasad sir 17th June I submitted one complain bsnl through twitter account. But somebody was called me and directed Rs 2 from my upi account they told me your complaint was registered with in day it will solve.and today Rs 4000 stolen from my account there ph no:9116270610

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR The unsatisfactory BSNL 4G network in Bihiyan Road, Piro, Bihar (pin code 802207). Whenever there’s power cut happens in my locality the BSNL 4G speed gets significantly degraded. Please consider my complaint/request to fix it.

    @BSNL_TN Dear sir, can you please change my plan from my existing plan to Basic Fibre plan urgently. This option is not available in Customer service portal. We will not be able to go to BSNL office during these covid times. Acc No.9039632536. This option was available previously

    @FinMinIndia Saving economy needs to be top priority. Adopt BSNL type VRS scheme in govt sector and in entire organised sector as fresher needs to be paid only one third drawn by employee on verge of retirement. This measure will help in sufficient liquidity in system

    we might have bend your fiber wire thats why your internet is fluctuaing so much and we dont have any solution for that whats this BSNL 3 online complaintns through portal and 3 customer call complaints and calling the person who installed fiber personally for the problem and 3

    @Mrtechauditor I'm using BSNL 187 STV which provides 2gb/day data and other stuff. After 2gb I also get unlimited data with 1mbps minimum speed. But from past 1 week I'm not able to use unlimited data can u help me out bro??

    No bsnl 3g coverage at Khatkhati, Bokajan- Assam. Only 2g service is available @BSNLCorporate
