Ur still lucky similar problem faced by me for past ten days. No one acts to resolve be u Complain on Ivrs, tweet or report issue on public grievances. Shameless BSNL is. Further they claim to be operating pan India. @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @DoT_India

Though lockdown measure are on. The very responsibility to deliver telephone and broadband services by BSNL as usual a defaulter. Poor services as one can expect from govt machinery. @DoT_India @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate Also, I would like to seek your attention towards the YMAX Machine, which was installed in Kursela Exchange 4 years ago, but it never became functional, resulting in poor service of BSNL in Kursela (Katihar, Bihar). I hope it’s not coz of any nexus with the pvt companies. (1/2)

@S4mhp @SaraswatiHebbar @TelecomTalk Dear Saurabh, please be fair as you also know that not every govt employee is careless about their work. Something is changing in BSNL too but without help of GoI, BSNL alone cant do the things right. Atleast level playing ground is must for fair competition. Don't be prejudice.

@BSNLCorporate Just came to know again BSNL internet service down down … Very difficult to support business/work from home with BSNL broadband.. Sorry to say but its the Worse internet provider services seen PAN India .. Privatisation is badly needed here ..
