Ur still lucky similar problem faced by me for past ten days. No one acts to resolve be u Complain on Ivrs, tweet or report issue on public grievances. Shameless BSNL is. Further they claim to be operating pan India. @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @DoT_India

Though lockdown measure are on. The very responsibility to deliver telephone and broadband services by BSNL as usual a defaulter. Poor services as one can expect from govt machinery. @DoT_India @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate

@BaluGorade So many things. No network. No internet connectivity. Had ported all my 3 connections to BSNL and had beared literal torture. Finally switched to Airtel with no option left. Offcourse they try their best upon complaint. But services are not available. I suggest not to switch.

@BaluGorade Lack of signal. It's fine for voice call & horrendous for internet. I have been using BSNL for more than a decade. I still do. But I always have to recharge secondary sim card for data.

@BaluGorade Great question! All these people complaining about lack of choice of airline must realize that they opted for Indigo out of free will and volition even when they did have a choice. Indigo acquired market dominance out of customer choice, not govt mandate. #BSNL

@hafeezkv @Priyaa_Purohit Arre Hafeez sahab, classic goalpost shifting — jab jawab na mile, topic hi badal do. And no, I’m not some govt cheerleader. I just prefer facts over WhatsApp University. This claim that “govt isn’t supporting BSNL” is baseless. Since 2014, BSNL’s got revival packages, 4G/5G spectrum, BharatNet work, strategic projects, even the MTNL merger cleanup. So why’s BSNL still behind? Have you ever thought? Is it today’s doing or a legacy issue? Do you know that between 2010-2013, BSNL lost over 30% of subscribers. Perhaps that’s a news for you. Because for years it was stuck with slow decisions, old tech and heavy legacy costs — while private players ran ahead. Now the plan is clear: make BSNL stable and self-sustaining by 2026–27. 4G rollout is happening, 5G next. BSNL isn’t ignored — it’s finally being fixed.
