Though lockdown measure are on. The very responsibility to deliver telephone and broadband services by BSNL as usual a defaulter. Poor services as one can expect from govt machinery. @DoT_India @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate

Ur still lucky similar problem faced by me for past ten days. No one acts to resolve be u Complain on Ivrs, tweet or report issue on public grievances. Shameless BSNL is. Further they claim to be operating pan India. @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @DoT_India

Then the network comes perfectly after electrici power comes Please install a generator or inverter in my nearest or connected tower please i humble request to telecom ministery and bsnl to resolve the issue and bsnl coustomer care can't help me with this issue. Thanks.

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @bsnl_tt - Today i tried to port to BSNL at Tarnaka BSNL customer service center. As part of KYC, I have presented the Original Voter id. I was declined potting to BSNL . The BSNL officer clearly stated that KYC is accepted only with Aadhaar.

@JM_Scindia sir @CMDBSNL sir I am sending my mobile no to port on another network since 5 days but bsnl doesn't sent me upc code to move on another network. Regarding this i raised a complain to BSNL care on dated 25.06.2025 but they didn't respond on my complain. Kindly help 🙏
