    Ur still lucky similar problem faced by me for past ten days. No one acts to resolve be u Complain on Ivrs, tweet or report issue on public grievances. Shameless BSNL is. Further they claim to be operating pan India. @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @DoT_India

    Though lockdown measure are on. The very responsibility to deliver telephone and broadband services by BSNL as usual a defaulter. Poor services as one can expect from govt machinery. @DoT_India @bsnl_bhuj @BSNLCorporate

    Same can be said for Wifi. No JIOFiber, Airtel Fiber, Catla Broadband, etc. Only available Wifi available is that of BSNL. The general consensus is that BSNL is "Okay" with sudden and frequent (every week) Network Outages, caused by animals and natural hazards. 😐😐

    @BSNLCorporate 3 months ago I bought a connection for 5k now I had just shifted 7-8km away so just for that I had to run to the bsnl office for transfer no problem I did but now you guys have the nerve to ask 2000 more for installation of the stuff again this is all a scam.

    Respected sir/madam, Bsnl bassi pathana is not working. The bsnl in my city is in pathetic condition. They are not providing proper services. Please look into this matter. Pincode-140412, District:Fatehgarh sahib, Bassi pathana @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB
