    @BSNLCorporate @tondeamey @BsnlTamilnadu The worst decision I made this year is to have a BSNL ftth connection. It is very unstable since 2 weeks and have to wait like a hornbill waiting for rain for the times it works. Hope I will be taken care.

    Had worst experience with @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN recharged before 7 days yet to get my connection back. BSNL representative giving a different reply every time I visit. #shame #bsnl @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate I ported my number from Airtel to BSNL. The porting was completed on 18 June at 11:56 PM, but as of 19 June 8:19 AM, I am unable to make or receive calls and I am not receiving OTPs either.This is causing serious inconvenience. Please look into the issue.@BSNL_UPE

    Please manually activate my 4G & VoLTE services on the backend for my profile. For 4G SMS sent on 53734 responded as "Not applicable to Chanel partner SIM". Is it my fault to purchase a BSNL SIM . Is there any process to cancel this MNP and restore back to Original airtel network

    BSNL network in our area remains frequently down & even when itz available, it fluctuates. Subscribers r paying 4 services they r unable 2 use, resulting in financial loss. Immediate intervention & a permanent, longterm solution r urgently needed. @bsnl_care @lg_ladakh @dc_Kgl
