    @BSNLCorporate @tondeamey @BsnlTamilnadu The worst decision I made this year is to have a BSNL ftth connection. It is very unstable since 2 weeks and have to wait like a hornbill waiting for rain for the times it works. Hope I will be taken care.

    @Khurpench_ 1/2 The main problem with BSNL is the higher management (deputed ones mostly from DoT) who takes decision for everything but are never held responsible for the outcomes..irrespective of BSNL's below par performance, their pay and perks remain best and gets revised whenever due

    @Khurpench_ Open secret VOLTE calls will work only when internet connectivity is good With the range of 4g is limited in 2100Mhz band BSNL needs to double the count Where as 700Mhz 4G customer ecosystem not yet adopted still many using old 4G mobiles So exacerbating the problem
