@BSNLCorporate @tondeamey @BsnlTamilnadu The worst decision I made this year is to have a BSNL ftth connection. It is very unstable since 2 weeks and have to wait like a hornbill waiting for rain for the times it works. Hope I will be taken care.

@AshwiniVaishnaw What to do with that? BSNL has changed plans for mobiles without even informing customers. Got heavy bills, visited Offive to enquir, given application to change plan 10 days back, still no action. Why we shld pay high charges when we dont require the same plan? Pathetic service.

bandwidth issue at Sarthebari BSNL exchange PIN 781307 under SSA Bongaigaon Assam. maximum speed of Bharatfiber is 60-70 mbps even when I purchased 300 mbps. Overhead of 2kms of optic fiber cable near Gahia is required, pending for years.@AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia @DoT_India
