    @BSNLCorporate @tondeamey @BsnlTamilnadu The worst decision I made this year is to have a BSNL ftth connection. It is very unstable since 2 weeks and have to wait like a hornbill waiting for rain for the times it works. Hope I will be taken care.

    Had worst experience with @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN recharged before 7 days yet to get my connection back. BSNL representative giving a different reply every time I visit. #shame #bsnl @rsprasad

    @athareez_n @Apv_Goofy BSNL like most PSU, highly inefficient. Government is governance not for doing business. Such loss making PSU's are taking money meant for poor and should be sold off.

    @DoT_India The Latency Issue in BSNL FTTH is worse. Complained many times but to date, the issue lies the same. It is not only I am facing the issue all users of BSNL FTTH having the same issue @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK

    I am Swapnajit Mishra. I am from Sankarakhol Dist Kandhamal State Odisha 762019. in our locality there will be no internet connection and also no Mobile tower. There is a Bsnl tower and the Internet is 2G so the internet is not working properly. The students are suffered.

    @BSNLCorporate Hello BSNL, My internet is not working again. Is this a monthly routine for your network? Last month also, my internet was down for a week? How is someone supposed to work from home in a town where you are the only network provider? CC: @rsprasad

    @BSNL_KTK Your broadband is down for more than 4 hours now, when I called your Honavar office, staff told me nobody told you to choose our broadband. Is this the kind of customer service you provide now a days? Shame on you BSNL for treating your customers like this.

    @verma_tilak @rsprasad Detto here... But I changed to Airtel. Since then I am having peace of mind. You better change it. Nobody can help you when it comes to BSNL and its services. The sooner the better for you.
