  @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate using BSNL Fibernet for more than a year now. Since 2 days the landline as well as the broadband is not working.Filed a complaint under 18003451500 but it’s not yet resolved,tried calling the guy who installed but no response. Customer care not helping.

  @AshfakAli4u Sir / madam BSNL team Raichur Visited the customer premises and it was covered by Raichur store yard BTS. At present this BTS was closed due to owner issues. Pursuing a nearby IP site for reinstalling this BTS. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
