I called customer care 4–5 times, no help. Complaint raised via app was closed without fixing. Please resolve this urgently. – Sopan Hanuman Masure

I ported my number in January this year . It was the worst decision of my life . No network coverage . Voice quality very poor . Continues call drop . Data speed sometimes good sometimes stuck . Never go for bsnl . Govt babus don't care for you

The Government warns against a notice purportedly sent by BSNL claiming that the customer's KYC has been suspended by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, and the SIM card will be blocked within 24 hours.
