  @BSNLCorporate I am using BSNL SIM (Raj) in Kerala (Kochi). I have done recharge of 365 rs. After recharge I am facing the network issue (both Calling and internet). Wastage of money. I have called customercare they told that we can't do anything because your sim from Raj circle

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan bad service, my complaint closed without resolve the issue. And constomer care told me visit bsnl office. Complaint no 1054235231. No option to complain again in portal .We need to visit office and complaint for it. Poor service and support.

  @BSNLCorporate BSNL FTTH is down from last 3.5 hours in ITI Mankapur (271308) and still counting... There is some or other issue every day. My work is delayed because of you. You should compensate the user for this & monthly bill should be calculated accordingly.

  @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @rsprasad . Sir, your employees of BSNL respond after one week on Twitter … just imagine how slow they might be working on ground…. BSNL needs to be privatised or overhauled as early as possible.
