Anand Sri (@anand_ttr) reportedPpl - DON'T TAKE #BSNL connection. It won't work properly. It has lots of issues - Unstable 4G, call forwarding doesn't work in #BSNL, Call to cust care doesn't work. If we raise comp, @BSNLCorporate fellows close it w/o rectifying the prob. They just want salary w/o hard work.💦

Sueli Dey (@suelidey) reported@BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!
