    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate last three days tried many ways to resolve the faulty broadband. But nothing happened. Every time grievance is closed without resolving. No reply for emails also. No one visited from BSNL or called to sort the issue. They said they do not have personal.

    @BSNLCorporate so pathetic service by bsnl broadband. It have been three days since complaining no one is here to solve the problem. So finally bsnl officials want us to shift to private service provider. @BSNL_CG_Circle @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate One madam calling from local bsnl office is less concerned to resolve issue and more to why complain is lodged at Twitter. Since more then a year the line works for couple of days in a month. 1st we trace it dead, then complain, then bill waiver request AND repeat again.

    @smitaprakash @airindiain Bsnl was put into slow death by private telecom players via bribing ! Perhaps the same pattern is being followed to slowly kill @airindiain by other airline players ! No professionalism, No responsibility, No accountability, No growth !

    Other telecom operators are launching 5G and here I'm not getting BSNL 4G network properly. Well, BSNL customer care service is slower than 2G.

    @malpani If no 4G service then try contacting nearest BSNL office,sometime they can help to install fiber/copper cables(CapEX borne by user).I think khategaon is nearest BSNL office. BSNL can also provide dial up connection if not broadband.Try sending a letter to local MLA,May be work.

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlUnionMh this is great news.. can you also work on your existing calling and 3G network and improve this. for most part of the country where other operators has great coverage of 4G, bsnl struggles to get signals on mobile. fix existing 2G and 3G please..

    @BSNL_AS Sir actually I again say you that I go only BSNL Office and meet your BSNL officer. Not any vendor. He says me the total approx cost is ₹15000/-. Please say me that who provide me cable cost. He says BSNL not provide fiber cable. Customer buy cable from vendor. Is it correct.
