    @BSNLCorporate Is anyone in bsnl is alive to update me what the heck is wrong with your internet. Today is 8th day still no updates. No one is picking up the call. WTF U guys charge money when u guys can't even provide a stable connection and neither answerable to customer.

    @BSNL_JKD @BSNLCorporate BSNL FTTH has been in going on/off since saturday(11.06.2021). Currently internet is gone again. Restore services asap, otherwise I would be forced to change my ISP like many others in my society have already because of your poor service. Ph: 0651 2972245

    @jpcpdc @rsprasad @DoT_India its not been even a week and connection went down again, this proves how the country will progress when the govt systems such as TRAI or BSNL fails to do their jobs, so called the proactiveness is hardly being followed in their runbook.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @CMDBSNL Even after so many days, the landline receiver has not been provided by BSNL. I asked the vendor to inform if I should buy my own receiver over whatsapp, even on that he didn't reply. BSNL's service is worst. Should have gone with some private company. Repenting on my decision.

    @KirtiKumarArora @BSNLCorporate No. It is not problem of mobile hand set. Even I am facing the same problem. Couple of days ago I came to know that there is plan of 397 introduced by Bsnl which give 1 year validity which no one is giving right now.

    @BSNL_WB sir,I am BSNL customer of West Bengal for a long time. Now in pandemic situation, my child do her classes online. Here BSNL network failure or no network in 15 days of a month including when electricity gone in my area.Sir please solve this problem as soon as possible.

    @BSNLCorporate It is not getting resolved and it has been almost an year since I have been trying to raise this. DGM Sultanpur said he cannot do anything in this regard. Can someone in BSNL plz help.
