@BeingPractical Now this was cool because, reaching the customer care of the said dept. Would be difficult back in the day. Bsnl not working, no electricity..All these queries took time to get answers. These guys were pretty quick. I don't remember the name of the app though.

@Lenovo_in Moto g4 plus is not supporting BSNL sim. other sim are working in it. The same BSNL sim is working fine in other handset. Awaiting help....
