    Hello @BSNLCorporate my 78 yrs old father uses Bsnl number , whenever he do outgoing calls he is forced to hear your outgoing announcement promotion which confuses him and he keep saying hello hello thinking someone is speaking whom he called in first place , I called customer care to disable this outgoing promotional announcement offers which we are not interested, but customer care refused to act @TRAI why are we forced like this , what’s the legal way to stop this nonsense

    @MTNLOfficial NO NETWORK SINCE LAST ONE MONTH AND NO ONE IS WORRIED ABOUT TO RESTORE THE SAME AND MY COMPLAINT DOCKET WAS CLOSED WITHOUT RESOLVING THE ISSUE. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9412220155 LOCATION IS O/o CGM BW, BSNL CORPORATE OFFICE, DELHI.

    @BSNLCorporate bharat fibre no 01352979992 ,down from sunday and no local technician is even ready to attend the call, have registered formal complaint on monday but still no one has visited to rectify. Why BSNL fibre service is so poor even in cities like dehradun @BSNL_UKD
