    @BSNLCorporate Hy, I have a Bsnl 2g/3g sim. I want to upgrade it to 4G. I connect the customer care and I have been told that "blank is free at bsnl office". But when I go to my nearest bsnl office they are demanding money for the Sim. City-forbesganj Pin-854318.

    @rsprasad Sir, today bsnl network (LL, broadband and cell) is totally fail in our area from around 10 am till now. My no. 9424151199 LL no. 07751220030 There is no chance to talk to any responsible person.

    @BSNLCorporate Asking for formal disconnection over email and phone, I am getting this message. What a shame BSNL. Why this loot by no service billing? Dear Customer, Your request for Disconnect(Disconnect Due to NP) of phone (040-29882308) with reference number 124982158941 is provisioned.

    @BSNLCorporate If your technical team can't resolve SMS service in 60 days time, then you all should be sacked. No wonder why BSNL is failing, Shall I answer you why? Its not the govt policies, its actually employees of BSNL which are sinking it.
