Minor issues take weeks/months, complaints marked “resolved” without action, and local vendors rarely respond. Only thing consistent—bill reminders. Not sure who’s accountable.

Nanthini R O (@nanthini_vj) reported@bsnl_care Omg didn't expect this reply. I loved BSNL bcz it had network where no other network exists especially in hilly areas. Unfortunately my workplace near Mahabalipuram had almost 0 network and I was forced to change to Airtel.
