    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle Team May i know the status of the Request,I have given complaint to 198 as well which was closed with out providing resolution and at least no information to us. That is the only reason i have mntd do pvtisation of BSNL so that atleast we will get proper solution and intimation

    @BSNL_AS Hello there. We took the bsnl internet connection 3-4 months ago and since then it does work at all. Kindly take some valuable steps regarding this issue because the bill is paid every month. We have our children who need to study and they cannot. STD no. 03714295063

    @BSNLCorporate it's been a month I've using bsnl ftth connection and still my landline is not activated yet , your service man(private personal) is not responding to my calls and there's no use though I've contacted to the office. Do respond ASAP

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Landline complaint number 127272277712 with Bsnl chennai still unattended and fault not cleared till now. Standard of telecom service by bsnl is very substandard and poor. Kindly look into the matter to get the fault rectified as early as possible.
