    Tried with different mobile numbers multiple times. No joy. Your Sim won't even recognise BSNL network in Mumbai. WTF is the use of maintaining BSNL Sim with ₹500 extra for Mumbai coverage? Forget data. Can't even get OTP at Mumbai Central station to buy a ticket.

    @JioCare Jio and my journey related to the network will continue till my recharge is over because even after complaining repeatedly, I am not able to get a better network. I am not able to get 5G network at all at my location.I am going to switch to BSNL soon.

    This is not the first time when BSNL had closed the docket without resolving the issue. From the last 3/4 yrs I have been raising the same issues regarding the services of @BSNLCorporate after multiple assurances the authorities failed to fix the problem. 1/2

    @NPCI_NPCI I’m trying to log in to the BHIM UPI app using my BSNL SIM, but I’m getting the error “Unable to connect to your network provider” while fetching OTP. My mobile network and internet are working properly. Please look into this issue and help resolve it. #BHIM #UPI
