    Dear #BSNL Team, Today also i tried to reach customer service but there is no luck incase i haven't not received any response only 1 option as i will port to other network, Past 8 years i am holding with bsnl network but worst support @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN @BSNL_TN @DoT_India

    Sarkari Babu mentality. Never think for customer first. Own comfort is top priority. Unfortunately, BSNL was the only provider available for a long period. Glad that already applied for @airtelindia fiber. Connection is half way completed. Hope to get reliable service. (N/N)

    @PChidambaram_IN Don't try find problem in solution; offer some plan or step as how to create jobs & how to get better income from Terrace farming. Beginning has been started , let us wait. U PPL made white elephants out of PSUs like air india, bsnl & wasted tax payers money.

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL After tweet& emails10days they came home . My simple question is why local BSNL staff not answer in whatsapp before one week when i msgd him bcz they no need customers .they forcefully careless us to disconnect bsnl.this issue every month 3to4days. we pay fees need proper reply.

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Then why not replied on d spot before 10days complaint in whatsapp , will you provide that 10days extra free for my home connection?? . If customer complaint or requested whatsapp. BSNL staff must answer to customer why connection dead? Bsnl not give us free connection (1/2).
