    Dear #BSNL Team, Today also i tried to reach customer service but there is no luck incase i haven't not received any response only 1 option as i will port to other network, Past 8 years i am holding with bsnl network but worst support @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN @BSNL_TN @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Till last Thursday past 10 year's I'm bsnl Customer because of volte and 4g network i did MNP from BSNL to Airtel, Now i become disappointed with Airtel, Could you please resolve this volte issue as soon as possible, don't take long time as 27th July etc..

    @BSNLCorporate it's high time the service is made better. When compared to other telecom players, the app & customer service is pathetic. A public sector company like BSNL is being systematically weakened so private players can monopolise telecom players. Don't disappoint us.

    @MoitOfficial I have complained for faulty telephone. Two unskilled persons came but couldn't solve the connection issue. Gone. But my complaint is also removed. A very sorry stat of affairs of Chennai Telephones. Is there any salvation to poor BSNL customers!!!

    Respected Sir, Our area's BSNL mobile network service is hardly good for 15 or 20 days a month. and due to unable of mobile network for a long time, our people have to face a lot of problems. Our area is Zirikinding. Dist: West Karbi anglong. ASSAM. Please

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am extremely fadeup with the behaviour and response of BSNL and its employees. Neither they resolved my bill payment issue nor they accept the line disconnection. Now i feel why people prefer any network rather than #BSNL .
