    Dear #BSNL Team, Today also i tried to reach customer service but there is no luck incase i haven't not received any response only 1 option as i will port to other network, Past 8 years i am holding with bsnl network but worst support @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN @BSNL_TN @DoT_India

    @BaluGorade BSNL user since 2007. Network quality is absolutely horrendous. I'm not porting because it has the cheapest plan to keep sim working.

    @BaluGorade Network availability. My area Pin code is 532430, there is a BSNL tower in my village (about 200m apart from my home) still I have to come out of my home to receive and to make calls. I have complained at the BSNL office in Narasannapeta, still no improvement. So I ported to Jio.

    @JM_Scindia @DoT_India @ictmin Sir, the BSNL link has been completely down from the last one week. Despite repeated complaints, no action has been taken. Kindly intervene and direct BSNL to restore the service urgently.

    @BaluGorade Many stopped using Jio, myself included, due to their non-existent customer services even when prices are nearly the same as Airtel's. Imagine applying for BSNL that my next generation will supposedly get to use.

    @BaluGorade BSNL Network Issues. I have changed from Airtel to BSNL and tried for 4 months. Horrible Network issues, call wont connect from one room to other in the same house also 🙄 Again I have to switch back to Airtel.

    @BaluGorade Network coverage and Data Speeds are the main issue with BSNL 👎🏻but other than this there’s no reason to consider BSNL 🙌
