    Dear #BSNL Team, Today also i tried to reach customer service but there is no luck incase i haven't not received any response only 1 option as i will port to other network, Past 8 years i am holding with bsnl network but worst support @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN @BSNL_TN @DoT_India

    @jgopikrishnan70 Yes and BSNL took cash in lieu of spectrum returned presumably for revival of BSNL and cash disappeared like water in sand. And again 3 years back govt asked BSNL to launch 4G extending deadline 2 times. Which private company gets that kind of support for bad decisions ?

    @praveen127 @SarvagyaJaiHind @PTI_News What do you mean by cheap here? BSNL used to charge 2rs/min for calls as late as in year 2012 when every other service provider was at 50-60 paise/min through diversified plans ! Now it is providing cheapest rate after its fall. What was the compulsion then ? Policy paralysis !

    @ndtv @kisuro "We"? Indian govt didn't do it through BSNL. Indian govt sold 5G spectrum to Amabani and new player with no experience, Adani while BSNL with largest network didn't get any allocation

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw your BSNL team takes atleast 3-4 f to rectify an issue but disconnects immediately after bill due date. why should we pay for disconnected days? Your team has not attended to a fault even after 24 hrs of raising complaint.Don't know why you infuse money into bsnl

    @amit2wit Spectrum Fee was used for giving PF and other dues to employees... pathetic ... Govt should have helped BSNL ...This was to help private operators who only launched so called 4G in 2015/16

    @PTI_News Price of mobile data increased very rapidly. MTNL/BSNL downgraded, private players made many profits. Poor students unable to access the internet.
