    Please privatize BSNL, Govt should not waste taxpayers money , I am not able to recharge my fathers "BSNL" network phone, tried from all modes possible but no result and the day is over now only option left is to port #privatizeBSNL

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate From 30th Jan, my bsnl mobile number has stopped working. I can't make any calls or send messages. Somehow, my mobile number service type shows postpaid in app while my number actually has prepaid service.Highly disappointed.Kindly resolve the matter asap

    I have already sent @MobiKwikSWAT screenshot of conversation with @BSNLCorporate and I have reached out to bsnl customer care they confirmed that recharge was failed or not found. I have audio recording of that conservation if mobikwik wants.

    @BijuNayagam @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate Yeah. I went to their office. My 80 year old dad went there 3 times. I asked them to enable VOIP on my existing bsnl fiber cable connection. Created another set of tickets for that. Nothing worked. Kunnukara BSNL local office is worst. They never pickup phones and no one there.
