  I would suggest please have check with redressal care with private companies and BSNL is very lack of governance (redressal) procedure , this is the reason BSNL is not much profitable to government , we pay money and give us best support we expect BSNL nothing personal

  @BSNLCorporate I am not sure why when it comes to bsnl , we often lack good quality service and seamless connectivity. I am currently trying to utilise the services and its like there is more disconnection then connectivity. Dont know if you want to survive the competition or nt

  @acsanujagrawal Govt r not supposed to do business, or the same happens like bsnl, air India.. Compare the private nd govt hospital. Ull gett the ans urself, the features, comfort u get in private hospitals u cn never get into govt hospital.

  So shamful. Contacted customer care repeatedly but they said no issue at our end . I am using two different simcard on my smartphone . I am able to send message from another sim but not able to send text messages from bsnl simcard . @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate
