@PMOIndia @BSNL_KTK I am a customer of BSNL mobile for more than 14 years. I was hoping that you will improve the quality of service. your service is getting worst day by day. Ye'day the mobile internet was down in the morning at Kengeri. I couldn't book cab Pl look into this.

@airtelindia I registered many complaints for not receiving calls and messages, I tried most but my issue continued and I got migrated to BSNL network.Worst Airtel Customer care.

For BSNL turnaround they have to ask their customers regularly. Still Bsnl broadband has not reached all towns and streets. They just service state capitals. Broadband as a service has to be legislated with time frame with common portal.

@BSNL_GJ @DoT_India bsnl Mehsana ssa very very poor service and support to bsnl tip. When we are called to bsnl staff they always have one answer we don't know. Customers suffer from many problems but bsnl hasn't a single solution.@AshwiniVaishnaw pls sir look into this matter.

@BSNLCorporate A complaint was registered at #bsnl officials also at CSC on 8/10/2021, but still it is unsolved. Repeatedly reminded thousands of times, but @CMDBSNL the case is still untouched.
