@BSNLCorporate Without fixing problem, BSNL closed my complaint. Then again i raised complaint BSNL informed me we don't have copper cable to fix the problem and again they closed my Complaint. This not acceptable. complaint with registration number 1056472538 on phone number 0832-2742308

Whether BSNL will be allowed to roll out 4G services.Whether any time line is decided in the Road map. After approval of the revival package, BSNL is still waiting for the weapon of 4G in its artillery due to policy issues.Any roadmap without immediate 4G to BSNL is of no use.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE this is the router given by bsnl money taken 3000 and the maximum retail price is 2400 don't know where the extra money goes and also this is very old device it doesn't support 5ghz wifi speed setting i have only 2.5 ghz speed option on wifi.

The Ookla's service timed out when running a speed test because the internet did not "respond" as fast to it which says a lot about "value for money". Please note that I've been a BSNL customer for a long time now and if things go this way, I'll be forced to reconsider.

Even I am not able to talk with them fluently. Many times all the mobile number are out of coverage area. Complaint many times... But problem not being shuted it out..If BSNL is not able to provide fare network please inform us, we must jump up other networks. Shame....!!!

@BSNLCorporate My village is Gondpur Banehra, and we have BSNL exchange office in our village which is 500 meters away from my home and the vendor is always giving excuse regarding installing Air Fiber in my home so kindly help? @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate
