  @IndianTechGuide BSNL should work on how fast they solve user complaint. No will buy cheap services if customer care is third garde. That's why people use private networks or should limit BSNL to remote areas only & Stop wasting tax payers money.

  @bsnl_care Bsnl is the worest service in this world .. since 11 months in our village bsnl signal tower not woring location Pitlam pin code 503310 .. No one sloving this issue

  I ported from Airtel to #BSNL years ago because I wanted to support a government backed telecom provider. But the network was so poor that I eventually switched to Jio. Now, even Jio fails to provide network when I actually need it during emergencies, so I’m back to Airtel. It’s been 5–7 years, and honestly, how much has BSNL’s network improved? Offering a BSNL SIM for ₹1 sounds great, but what’s the use if the network experience isn’t reliable? BSNL needs to fix the basics first.

  @bsnl_care please fix this urgently. Back in 2005–06, people waited months just to get a BSNL SIM-but the service was trusted. Today, Pitlam PIN 503310 has been without a working tower for 11 months This Independence Day, BSNL: Affordable plans are good,

  @IndianTechGuide It's good that they are launching 5G, but they should first fix and improve their 4G network properly. Even then, BSNL will become quite good, and people won't even look at other SIM cards. The current condition of BSNL is very pathetic.

  @Ajaykumaarji @bsnl_care Bro in my area whenever Electricity goes off, BSNL network also goes off. Literally everytime. Complained about it . Their officials visited my location & discussed issue with me and went away. That's it. Seriously they can't even have power backup for their tower.
