    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Pls resolve the issue docket number 122894248082 complaint raised several times but closed without resolving when called bsnl employees saying that they dont have sufficient manpower (lineman)

    It's 99℅ true., it ground reality TRAI, govt fail collect the service from GIO service provider, for using BSNL towers to spread their business, it's Million dollor question

    @BSNLCorporate Every where same situation, even in Ahmedabad, Gujarat BSNL coverage is very poor in Government offices and Government Quarters , due to this government officers are also switching to private service providers which are providing state of art services at affordable price.

    @TRAI Awareness about non availability of network and Roaming in Mumbai and New Delhi by BSNL should be there so that the customers don't feel cheated This is very essential so that customer should buy another sim from other service providers or may not buy BSNL
