    @KSUDHAKARPatna9 @BSNLCorporate With due respect, I don’t care whether govt. or private firm controls it. What I really do care about is I am a subscriber of BSNL and I would ask BSNL. Even if govt. would’ve been controlling it still it is BSNL who would resolve the issue of their customer.

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw Respected Sir I have a BSNL customer from village - Katapali, Bargarh, Odisha. it was never running the tower problem regularly. I used it, every month 25 days not working . (1/1 )

    Hi @BSNLCorporate , It’s been 5 days since my broadband has stopped working. I’ve tried every possible way to get it fixed by BSNL technician, called service centre more than 100 times but they’ve ignored every request. My Ph: 07552933341, Bhopal 🙏🏻

    @azharbrp @BSNLCorporate @BSNLWBTC Search network manually by keeping the Preferred network mode to 2G/3G/4G auto but be sure your mobile phone supports Band 1-2100 mhz for LTE/4G if the BSNL have upgraded their 3G network to 4G it will show CellOne 4G.

    @BSNLCorporate I am using BSNL FTTH services since past 4 months, since today I am facing Red Light Blinking (LOS) issue in my router,request immediate resolution for the issue.
