    @BSNLCorporate Just went to pay my bsnl landline bill . Customer service is pathetic and bad . Employees are ill mannered . Behaved very badly with me . What's the point on keeping these ill mannered people on govt payroll . They are enjoying govt benefits and behaving very badly

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I'M from Lakshmisagar,Bankura,West Bengal-722160.Whenever there is a power cut in this locality,BSNL network shuts down immediately and the signal comes back at least 25 minutes after the power supply comes back.Such kind of network disruption is going on since last 5 months.

    @Ravisutanjani @BINAYNIMODIA When last time central allocated funds for BSNL I thought they will give better RC plan and atleast 2g signals but they failed to implement both like min RC 147 I think and poor courage

    @Ravisutanjani I was in a basement of large SBI building yesterday. Only Jio had network surprisingly, not BSNL, Not Vodafone.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care still issue not resolved for more than 5 Yours now. DocketNo. I192460840385. The local contact personal who is not a BSNL staff says that there is no technician available to resolve and I need to wait for more than 12 hours to restore connection. Why ?
