I am Medical student of 4th year, i have to study 6-7 hours daily on internet to complete my video lectures, we have BSNL 3G with poor network in area its hard to attend the classes, we talked to BSNL office for fiber connection they have access but they still decline my request.

@DoT_India I am senior citizen patient in difficulty. Houserent of BSNL exchange at NISCHINTAKOILI Cuttack district Odisha not received six months from sept to Feb. 22 mail sent but no reply. Please help and instruct BSNL Cuttack for rent payment. Regards

@BSNLCorporate I have to say that I have to take this decision to disconnect my BSNL broadband connection due to your employee misbehave. First you teach your employees manners and how to deal with their customers. Thanks for a great time with you @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate with lots of problems.

@JioCare @JioCare Problem still not resolved and SIM not activated yet. Not expected this type of service from JIO My Sim is in inactive since last 17 days. Kindly let's me know how to go back in BSNL. It is my final request for activation.
