@BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Pls resolve the issue docket number 122894248082 complaint raised several times but closed without resolving when called bsnl employees saying that they dont have sufficient manpower (lineman)

@BSNLCorporate Thanks for the prompt reply, hope it gets resolved fast. When few like us still promoting land line which used to be bread n butter of BSNL but getting almost extinct, few staff in the Co are hell bent to give a bad name n in the prcss kill BSNL like many PSUs inline fr dsnvstmnt

@bsnlpune For the last three days we are not able to access the BSNL broadband connection. I pay 1887 per month for broadband because my survival depends on it. One day after booking a complaint, I get the message that it is set right. Please help. It still doesn't work

@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India Worst ever ftth service provider is bsnl. They shamelessly ask for money and do not resolve problems of the customers. They charged me with 4000RS for installation when the charges were waived off by bsnl and even after that not solution

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @AshwiniVaishnaw It's been almost a month u promised me ull be erecting a additional BTS for better coverage but I don't see additional BTS erected against my complaint,telecom minister recently launched 4G, I request BSNL to provide quality 3G service first then go 4G.
