    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Dear team, I want a new fiber connection for which I applied and the reference number is 16487682582. But still didn't get any response. Customer care is just dummy , nothing to say just go to the office. This is not what we are expecting from BSNL

    @CMDBSNL good evening sir .. I am a bsnl tip from Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir our FTTH service is not working properly since from last one month we contacted GM Mufti but he didn't pay attention towards our complaint we are facing many problems every day.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear sir service ok for one or two hours, network on off again and again,it's problem is very big problem,its headache for me.all BSNL customer are very unhappy and said me good bad.please think your time sir .I not interested in tell you but customer problem is my problem.

    With the help of BSNL site I recharged my no and did payment with Paytm getway. I selected phone pay UPI. Payment deducted from my IDBI ac. But recharge not done. Merchant telling payment not received 3 days passed got no refund. Please Help @IDBI_Bank @PhonePeSupport @BSNL_RJ

    @BSNLCorporate Six in our family used to have BSNL being faithful to a government enterprise. We changed to private players simply because nothing ever got done through your so called customer service, nor did you have a useful app. Wake up!
