  @k_yadahalli Sir /madam It is a FRAUD message. Beware of fraudulent messages/calls .Bsnl never asks such details to any random no.s or any link .Don’t ever share personal details with callers from unknown /suspicious no.s . In case of any doubt call 18001801503/1503 or visit nearby csc .

  Very poor network services by @BSNLCorporate. Electricity gone means network gone. Bsnl claiming that we've changed battery back up. If it do so, then issues should not come to picture again. Escalation of the problem would be highest priority. @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw
