    Why does it take 8 months, to which there was no reply. What ancient times does the BSNL lives in that it takes 8 months to mere return the deposit amount to its customer?

    @BSNL @MIB_India @TRAI To stop/cancel/disconnect the BSNL landline phone at our home, I had put an application at the BSNL office on 22nd March, 2022. Also, I had submitted a cancelled cheque to receive the deposit amount.

    The landline service has been disconnected now, but the deposit is yet not credited to the bank account. I went to the BSNL office again to ask about the deposit amount, to which they said that, it takes 8 months for the deposit amount to be returned to the customer.

    @BSNLCorporate That prompt action never came. It's pathetic. Fed up of your prompt action to resolve. Disconnecting the non working yet paying bill phone. Charity done for BSNL stops now.
