    @BSNLCorporate Hello, purchased a 4G BSNL pre paid connection in June 2021 in Kolkata. However, I never get 4G speed, it is always 3G. I face this issue across India. Please address this issue.

    @BSNL_PB My Hometown is in Phul Town (151104) The tower of BSNL is under 100-150 m around me. But even then service of BSNL specially in internet is very bad like to use 2G net. We live in 21st century and why you not improve your service.
