@BSNLCorporate I have recently took bsnl ftth, done the day it installed it's not working so all. It's been 4 months, no one showed up. No one is responding even to terminate connection. Pune, New Sanghvi exchange. Will share the phone number over the DM.

@ServicesBsnl Humble request to new customer don't belive in @BSNLCorporate and it's service even its fiber. If you have any other option In your area then please proceed with it. Bsnl only waste of money in a month 25 days it will out of order or service with very low speed

@utsavtechie If BSNL has took it's customer's seriously, they would have been in place of VI for sure (not in terms of AGR dues lol). If you take your customer seriously & give good services, that attract more customers. I've used Airtel, Jio & VI. Airtel also offered 4G+ but not for long
