Anand (@anand_ttr) reported@R_N_Vaghani If #BSNL provides stable n/w, people will change to #BSNL. But their 4G frequently changing to 2G/3G. We have to again change it to 4G, using flight mode. Also if power goes off, we don't get #BSNL signal at all. This is another major problem. But they don't bother to fix these.

Even till date the neighbors who have got BSNL connection during that period complain that connectivity is interrupted for days sometimes for week. In a month 8-10 days their connection is down

While other carriers constantly improve indoor coverage BSNL is so poor that the network itself isn't available at certain corners of the home. I regret porting.

Their entire broadband system is practically in the "ICU" and absolutely no official wants to take any responsibility for it! If a customer complains about faulty internet, they casually take 15 to 20 days just to fix a basic issue.
