    @MobikwikSuppca @MobiKwik Order ID MBK859253047 on 17th Nov done BSNL recharge for 201rs and the transaction failed till today i have not received back the amount. I raised complaint in app Operator ref 9483201257 it 15 days over still no refund can you refund the amount.

    @BSNLCorporate Till now, no wifi is available from your **** 'sorry ' message..last 4 days, no network is available..very pathetic service bsnl..Bsnl deserves to be privatised, otherwise you Govt employees will never work.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL ka internet aaj(04/05/2022) evening 4pm se nhi chal raha hai... complain karne k liye 3 baar customer care call lagaya.. (1) first time me to call ko hi long hold without permission rakha. (2) "YUVRAJ"Query ignorance and call disconnection (3) he is best CCE.

    @BSNLCorporate,@AshwiniVaishnaw, BSNL didn't care and problem resolve. High ranking official or minister comes singing lullaby that's why BSNL workers are sleeping without working.

    We can take BSNL internet service only for 15 days/month, rest of internet service remains out of order. feeling BSNL even not interested to resolve grievance. BSNL should launch cash back scheme to consumer who are unable to take service for more than 15 days.
