From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Even till date the neighbors who have got BSNL connection during that period complain that connectivity is interrupted for days sometimes for week. In a month 8-10 days their connection is down
