From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Yesterday at around 11 PM, the connection went down and it is still not restored. What is more frustrating than the outage is the complete lack of response from the local BSNL team.
